I took 2 ex tums an hour ago and just took a 10mg addy. i know the effects of adderall and tums are not good but i have never actually done it. i did it by accident, (stomach was hurting, took the tums, then took the addy). Should i expect to be sick or am i fine. thanks for the help.

its an antacid. when mixed with adderall it increases the effects a significant amount. just seein if the amount of tums i took along with 10mg, tho a weak dose, could make me sick and whatnot. but its been about a half hour and im fine. haha, smooth sailing and hours of studying ahead of me.
with such a small adderal dose i dont see it being a problem unless youre really sensitive. just dont go doing that with 75mg+ doses.
on top of that, im not sure how much more adderal the calcium lets your body absorb, but i dont think its really drastic.

Oh really? I didn't know about antacids increasing the effects of Adderall, is it like the grapefruit and valium bollocks? Maybe it'll make you sick, but I highly doubt it, 10 mgs is a very very low dose, so unless it increases things 15x over you should be fine?

It slows down the rate at which your kidneys remove amphetamine from your blood by making your urine more alkaline. You'll be fine, you just will get slightly higher.

Is this something significant? Work with crystal? Is it like the grapefruit thing, i.e does practically nothing, or does this really work?
