I test my pill and it contains mdma, but can't it also contain DXM and other unwanted substances? Just wondering, because I always test mine but how do I know for a fact that it doesn't have other junk as well?

you dont.
BUT you will know a little more than by just taking it and seeing what happens (as about 90% of the pill taking community seems to do).
also remember to check the lab testing results at places like dancesafe, and you'll see that the great majority of pills only contain one active ingredient, and altho mixed pills do happen, they are rare, and are seldom MDXX + something dangerous.
pill testing kits are not designed to keep you 100% safe. they are there to increase your knowledge. if you arent happy with this level of reliability then there is one sure fire way to stay safe, dont take drugs.

Most likely, in the case of DXM, you won't get the typical reaction.
In case of PMA/PMMA, we don't know. PMA/PMMA are said to produce no reaction, if they are mixed in a pill, you won't notice.
With other substances, it depends on what it is mixed with but the general rule of thumb always applies; not straight to darkpurple, not an Ecstasy like substance.
The EZ Supreme proves useful for DXM as well. DXM does not react with EZ Supreme, it bubbles a bit when you add Supreme Phase 1.
(Remark: I have a pure DXM sample, about one year old, supplied by a laboratory especially for purposes like this)
Since MDMA/MDEA do not react with Supreme Phase 1, you can now tell whether your pill probably contains DXM (it starts bubbling a bit) and probably MDMA/MDEA. If this is the case, there will also be blue as soon as you add Supreme Phase 2 (indicating MDMA/MDEA).

ok im confused. so lets say there is dxm and mdma in a pill, will you get a result for dxm or mdma? I don't know why but I couldn't picture what you where saying before, thanks

and also in the case of pma, are you saying that if it is a mix of pma and mdxx, you won't be able to tell if the pma is in there? Or will it give no reaction if it's mixed.
thanks

ok i swear this is the last of my questions, what if you do the supreme test and the pill has mda and mdma, is it going to turn blue or not have a color change? Why does mdea/mdma react the same? and mda differently? on the old test there was mbdb ? what was this?

Right... what aj is trying to say is substances which have a secondary amine (such as MDMA, MDEA, Methamphetamine, and PMMA, but not MDA, PMA, or Amphetamine) will react with a blue colour on the EZ-Test supreme.
so assumed you have a pill containing DXM only. If the EZ-Test reaction confuses you as to wheather its MDxx or DXM, he's saying the EZ-Test supreme should clear it all up because DXM does not produce a positive to DXM. Then again, neither does MDA, so if you were confused with the DXM vs. MDxx reaction, this still leaves you confused.
The E2 kit Can detect PMA, and Ketamine outright by their colour reactions. MDA also gives a different reaction than MDMA or MDEA, and Meth reacts differently from amphetamine.

what if you do the supreme test and the pill has mda and mdma?
it will go blue
Why does mdea/mdma react the same?
because they both have the secondary amine (the bit the test looks for, and MDA doesnt have)
on the old test there was mbdb ? what was this?
MBDB is a chemical very similar to MDMA. for more info see here, and for news of a recent bust in Australia see here.
