2 amphetamine questions

Alright, these are pretty simple but i cant get the search to work so:
1. Does amphetamine block and reverse dopamine reuptakes like mdma does seratonin reuptakes??
2. How nuerotoxic is amphetamine sulfate?? not meth..
on another note.. Why didnt anyone tell me oxcodone was so good.. I took one 10mg ( OC/10) to break my "opiate virginity" and have taken 4 more 10 mg in the last for hours... im pinned! would take more but im out.

yes amphetamine both causes flood of catecholamines (dopamine, ephinephrine) and a blockage of reuptake. Chronic amphetaminee usage is neurotoxic. The odd bit is really nothing to worry about. Watch out for the psychosis though.

MDMA does not block the re-uptake of seratonin it causes a release of it.
As the the questions that you asked, it all depends on the type of wizz you've got.
If you have meth type of wizz then yes it will cause a block of re-uptake of seratonin, thats why as anyone who has taken it with MDMA will tell you they are a powerfull combo.
If however like us brits you only can get your hands on base or sulphate type wizz then it will only cause a release of the chems mentioned by other people.

bongbudda look at ketones reply. It both causes a release and blocks reuptake..tho the release is by far the more significant effect I understand.
About nuerotoxcitity no major changes are observed in people taking it long term for ADD. Indicating taking moderate doese recreationally isn't too bad (also individuals who take moderate doses recreationally don't seem meaningfully altered).
