This is my first post so i apologise if i have done anything wrong.
About a year ago, i got hold of my second batch of a research chemical called 1P LSD. i've used LSD many times before at doses round 200ug and had used 1p lsd before, enjoying it enough to order more. me and a friend both took 2 150ug blotters each and enjoyed the experience, after the peak, i wanted to chase the high and began smoking a lot of weed. Friends came over and we began listening to heavy techno, watching optical illusions and smoking bongs, even inhaling poppers to intensify the experience.
then i decided to inhale NOS using balloons, a single Balloon whilst watching an optical illusion was crazy, vision was indescribable, almost rotating 360 degrees, sounds were extremely distorted and swim was very confused. i then concentrated on an optical illusion, used a bong and inhaled two canisters of NOS in a single balloon. What happened next left me traumatized.
so i inhaled and exhaled up until the point of passing out, vision went black and it was as if i saw two curved beams of electrical energy grinding against each other almost like neural pathways or something, then i began to feel excruciating pain in my head, as if my brain was being electrocuted and my whole being was tearing in two, felt like i was having cramps in my head and face and it almost felt like a seizure. next i then began to hear voices saying things like 'NO WE ARE LOSING HIM' 'HE IS GOING INTO ARREST' then i could hear a heart rate monitor flat-lining as pressure built in my head and i honestly thought it was going to explode.
When i was finally able to, after what felt like at least 10 seconds i junped up and immediately started saying i was dying, having a heart attack , vertical red lines began to appear in my vision as pressure built and built. i could smell burning and was convinced my brain had been fried, i had never been so scared in my entire life. i had to leave the house but eventually calmed down, felt confused in the days that followed and experienced many aura like symptoms.
After research i realized that these are panic attack symptoms but pain i had experienced was so severe, so real, and i had a dull ache in my head for days. these events triggered numerous panic attacks, could not be in a room with people taking NOS for weeks, could no longer smoke weed and developed severe anxiety and insomnia. The anxiety was health related and i just thought about dying constantly, any small change in sensations would cause panic.
Whilst i do understand just how scary a panic attack can be i could never justify the painful, grinding/tearing sensation he felt in my head, i was convinced this was a brain hemorrhage or lesion of some kind, or damage to the somatosensory cortex. in the end put it down to over stimulation of the brain and a massive panic attack but is still curious to see if anyone else has had an experience like this.
i am very aware that this combination was stupid but would appreciate some feedback or clarity on what was experienced. whilst i never fully recovered from the anxiety caused, panic attacks have almost stopped completely now and i feel healthier
