Opioids 15mg percoset and testing need help

I'm currently on a methadone program and had 4 take homes come up missing. I am very sick at the moment and looking for any relief. I has 15mg of percoset and was wondering how long it would take me to get percoset out my system if I weigh's 280 pounds and a very heavy beer drinker? I know 2 to 3 days but don't consider it accurate as I was tested 7 hours later awhile back and no traces. I am on a very limited time but can't take the sickness please help.
