How long do I need to wait from my last dose of black tar until I take this? I had heard that I I couldn't get precipitated withdrawals from it?

If you are feeling mild to moderate withdrawal. I believe it is between 6-10 on the COWS Scale before taking Bupe.

You need to wait minimum of 12 hours. 24 hours is best, however whenever the withdrawals become severe you can start induction with a small dose, 1mg Sublingual or intranasal; .25 mg IV
