How dangerous would it be to take a couple dozen more pills?
I don't really care about syncope or even arrhythmia, but obviously I don't wanna risk my heart actually *stopping*

You are searching for something that isn't there.

Loperamide does not fully substitute for traditional full agonists. This applies to recreational use and as a withdrawal (or maintenance) aid.

You can increase the dose indefinitely, you won't find what you're looking for.

No one can tell you at what does your heart will detonate but loperamides cardiac toxicity is dose dependent. The more you take, the higher the likelihood you'll have a cardiac event. This case study discusses a serious cardiac event in a healthy 23 year old from a single 160mg dose. Without the medical treatment this patient received, they would've died.

Its wonderfull for opioid wd in doses 20mg ( maybe 40 but thats not recommended ), it can cross bbb if u take it with right things but its not wort it. Very dangerous. Rather look for some dxm.

What you're doing is dangerous already. Don't take a couple dozen more pills. You won't get high off of this shit.
