I started rolling in 2000. I loved it so much, I did it every other weekend for 15 months or so taking on average 1-3 clean approx 80-120 mg "beans" (what we called them then)

I shut it down for 3 years to prove to myself I wasn't addicted.

Now I roll two times over a weekend once every 2-3 years whenever my mind starts begging me too. (yes it BEGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGS)

I am approaching my 2-3 year moment now so I will fade from here again for another 2-3 years but before I do I wanted to enlighten you guys on what you HAVE to resort to to enjoy this drug for decades rather then months.

First off there is a the "Awakening period"
This is the moment you find real MDxx and want to do it every chance you can.

Second the "Recognizing period"
This is when you realize you can't do MDxx every day.

Third "Recovery period"
This is when you recover your mind to normal everyday motions rather then centering your life on your weekend roll.

Fourth "Re-Awakening period"
This is after a few years you do it again and it's just like the first time maybe even better because you know what feels good this time.

People please test your shit and dose as low as you can. You will enjoy 125-150mg just as much as 300+mg I promise.

Pre-Loading

People please watch your pre-loading. No real need for it outside of anti-oxidants. Stick to Vitamin C and maybe piracetam but avoid 5-HTP please.
Eat a healthy meal 2-3 hours before you roll. If you have a nervous stomach like me then drink a protein shake like muscle milk.

Post-Loading

Most will not be very hungry the next day, Force yourself to eat a little and take lots of Vitamin C.
 
Why do you say to avoid 5-HTP? I take it quite often, more for sleep but also I've taken for MDMA crashes. Never for pre-loading but I haven't been taking MDxx for several months now.
 
seratonin syndrome and uselessness. Your body has plenty of ability to make it. Take melatonin after your roll is done. It's a much more brilliant anti-oxidant/sleep aid.
 
A common denominator so far with people who are having issues with MDxx is not testing, and dosage amounts. Remember this
 
Appropriate beverages for rolling is either Gatorade or Powerade. 8-16 oz per hr. If you are sweating a LOT then please go to cool down. Don't dance for longer then 15 min at a time. Take a 15 min cool down a sip of gatorade and then have more fun.

Magnesium is ok, It is a laxative so be careful lol

Provided one always gets hold of real MDMA & looks after ones health between "fun" times, there's no reason you won't be able to enjoy MDMA as much when you're 70, as when you were 17.

I've been at this business since the early 90's. It's been 22 years since I took my first Ecstacy cap, a Red n Black if you must know.

I've slipped up a couple times, overdone it a little here n there, but I've always interspersed the heavier periods of use with long, long breaks. Sometimes 6 months or a year can go buy without any MDMA use.

I am pretty certain that I get pretty much the same effect off the same dose of MDMA that I have always used. I can't be 100% certain because although MDMA has never harmed me, I have been harmed by the use of other drugs, other MDMA-like drugs, & it's possible the harm caused might alter the effects of MDMA next time I do it. I actually don't really have any plans to do MDMA in the near future, but you never know...

Anyway, I leave you with the fact that I have only rarely necked more than one dose of MDMA per session, & have only rarely had sessions with less than a months break between them.

Space out your sessions & dose as low as possible & you'll never regret using MDMA <3
