Opioids 133ug fentanyl

Heya Folks =)

I have searched around to find info regarding Fentanyl dosages.. But most posts are about patches and lollipops.. Which is too dodgy - have experienced it on my own self..

I have a couple of 133ug tablets for sublingual use - so I have a fair chance to dose a bit more correct, even if I divide the tabs...

I have no tolerance at the moment... When I use morphine or oxycodone, I like to do 30mg as a starter dose - methadone is 15mg - again with no tolerance, and always orally, although morphine is snorted .. It has always been original products, so Im sure of the strength.. have a number of other opioid experiences as well..

What dose would be safe for me... 75kg

... which is effectively the same as a fentanyl lollypop.

Start with 25ug and titrate upwards very slowly...

regarding lollypops, I would assume that more spit would fill your mouth, and you would tend to swallow, leading to first pass metabolism.. Is in play!? These tabs i have are quite small...

You're supposed to hold the lollypops between cheek and gums or under the tongue, and I don't think they're very big... so I don't think it would be a very big factor.

Holding a pill in your mouth will also cause saliva to be secreted.

Try not to swallow at all if you can. Bioavailability is 33% compared to 50% sublingual.
