12 day subutex taper plan for Heroin detox

I am planning on starting a 12 day subutex rapid taper plan. I have 2 8mg subutex pill. I have been smoking .5g of heroin for about 8 to 10 months with brief sobriety in between (ranging from 4 to 10 days). I finally have the state of mind of quitting for good and the family support that I need.

my 14 day taper plan:
day 1 4mg
day 2 and 3 3mg
day 4 and 5 2mg
day 6 skip
day 7 1mg
day 8 1 mg
day 9 skip
day 10 skip
day 11 .5mg (if needed)
day 12 done

I have used a 4 and 5 day taper program before and relapse every single time. Now that I have some time of work, family support, and means to finally quit, I am ready to take my life back and never go back to the drug world ever again.

I need to know if I'm tapering to fast?
if I need to adjust my dosage for each designated day?
any comments or advice to other short term plan?

I only have 14 days off work with 2 8mg subutex in my disposal. I will also be using OTC such as immodium, vitamins, etc and I will also be exercising on a daily basis (I exercise on a regular basis before i started using heroin). I am planning on starting my tomorrow so immediate help would be helpful, thank you in advance.

Ps. I have read number of articles, forums, and from my own experience made up this personalized plan of mine. I tried incorporating Roberts taper plan when i made my plan.

Not entirely sure what the skip days are meant to achieve?

Personally if had 16mg bupe to work with I would wait until I was in withdrawal, take 12mg (assuming the heroin you have been using is good quality) and then just cut off dead and let the long half life ease you in to the withdrawal and control the symptoms with the above meds. You will probably get quite high from the dose and not feel any withdrawal for 36+ hours and it will come on gently. You can use the remaining 4mg to take the edge off if things get tough. That's just me though.

Best check with NSA if there are any contraindications with any of the above meds and bupe, but I don't think so.

One thing that's worth noting is you probably expect wd syptoms to continue for a distinct amount of time after you finish the taper, so if you have 14 days off work and do a 12 day taper you'll probbably be returning to work whilst still in withdrawal.
