That was apparently a 'honeymoon' phase for me. I don't think I am causing it by not waiting long enough to dose the bupe b/c I wait 36 hours sometimes even. It takes me quite a while to fully adjsut to the bupe.. for like my body temp to fully correct itsself. After about 10 days I feel 100%.. but really the 1st 3 days on bupe, espeically the 1st 24 hours after I dose my bupe, are the worst.

If I only take a 1 day vacation from bupe and I have been stable for a while, it's not bad at all, but if I take a 2 week vacation I fuck my self badly and its hell switchin back.

I think what it is, is bupe doesn't have that dopamine release, so even though you haev some opiate in your system you do go through a withdrawal in a sense since bupe is not causing tha tdopamine release.

Oh and I take 4mg bupe daily 2mg in the morning and 2mg in the evening and shoot an average of 10-15 bags of dope daily when I am using.

i dont htink you taking enough bupe if your shooting 10-15 bags/day..try taking the entire 4mg when you do your first dose, i think that will really help and make you feel alot better then what you described..cause your not supposed to have the chills and puke after using bupe, its supposed to take away all WD symptoms

cause i will take my biggest dose as the first dose and then do the 2mg when ever i feel i need it after that

Na beleive me I have tried.. it's almost like it does nothing I can just keep taking more and more. I am not the only one who experiences this.. check out the suboxone megathread.. MAD people dread the transition back to bupe. Most people describe it as just a 3 day transition.

When I transitioned from 80mg methadone daily after a year I remember it took about 12 days to feel good on bupe.

But I know what you mean bro, like I said when I used to use less and I was closer to the beginning of my dependency/addiction to opiates, it would do all that instantly. HOnestly id feel so good I would have energy and shit like crazy too. I would feeel 101%. Now it just takes me some days to adjust to the lack of dopamine being produced/released in my brain. After I fully transition it does take care of all those side effects.

And I rarely puke when I take my bupe only if I have been on a really long run and I have bad withdrawals and probably dosed the bupe too early or something and had semi-precipitated wtihdrawals. I wish it was a matter of just taking more bupe lol becasue I have ample amounts. But yeah if you browse that thread you will see..there are a lot of people that say when they take bupe the 1st dose its almost like it does nothing, but allows them to sleep. It's diffrent for everyone.. but it's a common thing. Obviously there are the people who simply take it too early and have precipitated withdrawals..but I don't mean them.

Maybe it would be different if I was not on bupe maint. I have been on bupe for a few years.
 
now is it bcause you have made this switch so many times that the bupe doesnt work as well?

ccause i hear people say this stuff all the time about it not seeming to work but i alwasy chalk it up as someone with more mental problems and them thinking subs are supposed to be some wonder drug and they are expecting it to do so m uch more and hit so much harder then it actually does and thatd why they end up taking 16mg in a day or something insane like that..

but when you said you only take 4mg a day and shoot that many bags i really dont think your taking enough cause i will use more then that...you ever think it only works at day 3 cause it has such a long half life and its just built up in your system by day 3? thast what i think happens with you

and i could be way off, its just what i think happens

Well I'm sure you would like that this stuff doesn't cause any problems with your nose and asthma. I'm sure some of what you get beats some of what I get, and vice versa. You would probably laugh at the size of these bags, like they are literally half the size of the other bags I was getting, but hell if it's a lot more pure than the bigger bags then it doesn't really matter. I mean he could just add more cut so the size would be bigger, but that wouldn't do anything other than please some people that complain about the size, but the actual amount of dope would be the same so I'd rather have it the way it is now.

I never said the east coast Bloods were like the west. The Bloods around here started out of Rikers, you know that big prison in New York? I'm almost positive they acknowledge that they're different the west coast set. I don't give a shit about the west coast because I ain't over there. Alls I'm saying is there been a big increase in the Bloods over here. But I guess since they're not from the west and are a prison gang out of the east coast, then they're just a bunch of wannabe's.

New Haven was #4 on the FBI's 2011 list of most dangerous cities. I guess I wouldn't know where New Haven was if I didn't live here, but for reference is about 90 minutes outside of Manhattan. You can be in NY state in about an hour. Long Island isn't very far away from New Haven if you cross the Long Island sound.



I'm not trying to be offended or offend anyone, but does everyone think I'm posting out of my ass when I say things like that or what? I'm generally curious. I'm going off what I've seen IRL, what I've seen on TV, what I've heard in my sociology classes on crime and gangs, and what I've seen in the paper/internet. I've seen the graffiti tags around here.

I've never seen (or recognized at least) any other group out here. I know there's hispanic gangs and what not, but I've never seen them and I don't hear about them.

Yeah New Haven and Bridgeport are pretty fucking bad. I'd rather be in the north end of Hartford all day than certain parts of new haven. Lol I remember a good friend of mine used to work in this black bar in west Philly when he lived down there and while I was there hanging out drinking one day waiting for him to get off shift (as the only white person in there besides my friend who cooked) I was talkin to these two dudes and mentioned I'm from CT and one of them asked me if I was from Bridgeport. I told him I wasn't and he said "shit, good for you man. Bridgeport's the fuckin hood" Lol makes me laugh to this day.
 
Bridgeport makes me more nervous than New Haven, but I think it's cause I'm not as familiar with the area. I never had any problems over there or anything and I've been there a number of times, but I don't really like the vibe I get over there in general.

Course there's a number of neighborhoods set back in parts of NH that are pretty uncomfortable to drive around

I'd think some mexican with a little shank or something would have the percentage of surviving a stab wound to be a lot higher.

Of course this is all depending on a lot of different things like circumstances, setting, and whatever else may have you. But I would be very interested in hearing how many more people would prefer which scenario just like you said, walking through a black ghetto getting shot at with say a mid sized pistol or being on the potential receiving end of a Spanish vato trying to slash you with a medium sized knife.

There's a predominantly black town neighboring a predominantly hispanic town here, and I used to walk through both so I've put some thought into it. ;)

You know how a lot of people will get shot and not even realize it for a minute, I guess that played into my thinking. Knife wounds seem so much more painful than GSWs, like they tear into you pretty good. Like if I'm gonna take one to a limb, it would be a gunshot. A knife would like tear my muscle apart and I would need to surgery, but a GSW might just result in having the bullet pulled out and then me getting stitched back up. It also seems like people miss a lot when they shoot at a person, whereas if someone wants to stab you, they will likely successfully do so.

And yeah unless it's point blank they'll probably miss you especially if they're just quick trying to shoot at you when you're running or something. Hell even if they looked down the barrel and aimed they still got a good chance of missing from some distance. And you know they pulled it out quick and they're holding it with one hand, sideways or something.
Getting stabbed in the throat or like 3 or 4 good stabs in the gut with some dirty ass knife that's been lord knows where beforehand with the possibility of it getting twisted inside you or tearing you up on the way out? No fucking thanks.
Hell, even if they did hit you with the bullet, as long as it's not in the fucking lung or heart or head I'll take my chances getting shot in the thigh or asscheek or some shit. Sure both can kill you if they hit an artery and a bullet can shatter a bone when a knife won't, I'd still rather take my chances with the gunshot.

Well, it says SHOT with handgun fire from a distance, doesn't it? That implys that they actually hit you. Whats vague is how many times, be it once, or 6, or more. (I'm assuming that this poll is for ONE gun, and hopefully a simple 6 shooter? Well, if I'm saying hopefully, might as well ask for a black powder early hand musket or rock/projectile cannon) If I did vote (didn't out of paranoia, lol) I would have clicked "Stabbed, with a knife, close range" because, I have more control over the question. Like, well, with the knife choice, I know that its only one knife, because it says "stabbed with AN "average" knife. Now, the word "average" stands out, because, now I don't know if its an "average" street knife, an "average" hunters knife, an "average" steak knife" or.. an "average" butter knife. What do we all usually have next to our plates at dinner? Most of us have a silly butter knife, that can be used to spread butter or cut chicken/fish/pasta/meatball/whatever. :) This is good for me, because this means that the "average" knife, is indeed, a dull dinner knife. (even though we always use steak or parring knives at MY dinner table)

I'm sorry.. I've been watching WAY too many fucking CSI episodes and what-not. (garbage TV designed to destroy our shock and awe reflexes toward mass death) Anyhoo, what is my prize? Am I going to receive something (non-drug-related, of course) in the mail, or.... What is it? What is my prize for guessing correct? Maybe someone can help me in the post under this one. I have a lot of questions about dope that I need answered. I'm still sort-of new. Thank you for helping, if you do!
 
wow today turned around.

more or less have a free (no rent, no utilities) apartment, in a really old/nice neighborhood, and a job as an arts coalition director/antique dealer.....+ i may have gotten back with my ex girlfriend (we've been really good friends)

so fucking random, but its awesome. all i gotta do is quit the dope, clean up the backyard (it's 3 old brownstones put together), reinstall the rooftop bars, and im set.
 
Question: What is dope supposed to A. Look Like B. Smell Like C. Taste like when smoked?? I have smoked some of my B tonight and its NOTHING like I remembered it being like when I smoked it a few years ago. It also looks and tastes nothing like smoking a perc (not recommended kids) either? Some1 help??

Question 2: Anyone on the upper east coast (ct/maine/NY/RI/etc) run into yellow wax paper blanks in clear slips? White powder, its really good? I'll have pics soon!

Alright, I scored tonight, big-time! I can have pictures up within the week. I know some of you wanted to see the plastic slips over our bags. These came with unsealed plastic slips. The dope was an off white, fluffy powder, VERY white in coloration. This is a far cry from the dark tan/brown shit dope we get around here. It came in bright yellow (no stamp) wax paper bags, within the plastic slip covers. (unsealed slips) This off-white dope is PRIME guys. :) Loving it. I've done exactly 10 bags thus far, I have 6 left and I think I'm going to try one more before I hit the sack. I've plugged around 3% of it, smoked about 15% of it, and blew the rest. From what I've experienced thus far, its great all around. When burned, it turns into two liquids, one of them is a dark brown colored, thick liquid. The other, is a light yellow, almost vegetable oil-like color and thickness. It tastes, like burnt sugar and MAYBE (and perhaps only because I had read it SHOULD taste of this) a little vinegar, but, it mostly reminds me of molasas or burnt sugar. The smell, ohhhhhh the smell, a mix between butane, (mmmm memories of crack) and burning rubber. The high from smoking it is nice. Lasts around 10 minutes, very warm, euphoric, noddy. The high from blowing: Rush lasts around 20 minutes, high around 10min more than the rush, so 30 all together. By the 30 minute mark, I'm ready for another 2 bags. Plugging it REALLY had me surprised. I plugged half a bag and it felt as though I had blown 2 bags. I will experiment with this more tomorrow afternoon. I wish I had more. I may just have to blow my paycheck on some more of this because its some of the best D i've had since I got that amazing B whose high, I've been chasing, all this month.


Hey jeebis, if your in my neck of the woods, I'll move in with ya and help with the bills once I've got my new car or truck. I'm actually being partially sincere. I am definitely looking to move out and into a new home, but, I know the responsibility is tremendous. Normally, I am exceptional with self-bestowed responsibility. (not so good with the mandatory type, according to my past) I am typing my thoughts and reflecting on myself, so, you yourself don't need to take me seriously. (not completely, at least)

I mean shot at not necessarily hit and dude your crazy if you'd rather be stabbed with a blunt ass butter knife. The sharper the better IMO. A butter knife would be a nasty wound.

Like Recky said I'd much rather be shot at by a handgun. If you've ever shot one you know how hard it is to hit anything that's not right in front of you. Plus most street gangsters don't carry around 1911s or something. It's usually 9mm or smaller.

Protip if possible use two hands and the sights when shooting.
 
Hey all, a guy from the EADD threads here. How's the heroin situ in the USA at the moment? I'm thinking specifically around the Florida region.

I ask cos here in the UK the situ sucks REAL bad and has done for about 18 months now. It's getting really desperate.

So anyway, I'm trucking over to your side soon and thought it'd be fucking awesome to try out what it was like over there. Remind me of how heroin should be.
 
iwouldnt go to florida for dope..visit nyc/nj man or hell even here..chcago would be easier just cause its smaller
 
Well I aint got much of a choice in the matter! It aint a drugs vacation but I'd freaking love to try it while I was there.

I mean, I'd even travel all teh way up Georgia or Alabama if it meant getting some nice shit.

I read that Florida is a hotspot for importing the shit from central America, surely that means it shud be flooded with H, no?
 
i bet it is easer to find now that they started regulating pills but i dont know how easy it would be for someone across the pond to get it...

and i dont think they have as many open air spots like we do here or in nj..i do know you have to go into the deep hoods of miami to find it there or know someone..

same thing with georgia..its there in atlanta but you gotta know where to go to find it, it wont find you like here or nj
 
Surprisingly no. From what I hear there's not a whole lot down there for some reason. Like Chinky said, the good stuff, and lots of it's up north near New Jersey and New York
