Misc 100 mg modafnil

I took 100mg of modafnil and I feel weird, sort of tingly and my lips are numb. I also dont feel awake, kind of werid and out of it. what is going on?

Haven taken anything else. Just had an orange and some chocolate, Mnuggets and thats it.

update: Feeling a little better now. My lips are still numb, but there are no sensations of tingling, which was what worried me the most. I also felt like I had pressure built up in my eyes and that seems to still be there, but to a lesser degree.

I have been keeping hydrated, and ate some fruit.

I would still appreciate any advice/opinions on what could have happened to make me feel so odd and out of sorts.

Could just be a side effect of the medication. I wouldn't worry too much unless it continues after the drug has worn off.

You just don't enjoy how modafinil feels, nothing to be worried about. Maybe try a lower dose next time?

Thanks ebola, but I wont be going near the stuff. I'm ONLY just starting to feel normal again. goodness me.

Drugs affect everyone differently.

DXM makes my teeth chatter uncontrollably, opiates make my lips tickle and weed makes my pupils HUGE(as if I'm on acid or something).

Now feeling normal, but unable to sleep. even though it is well past regualr bed time.
