I'm I in danger if I experienced heart palpitations each time I took a dosage of 10mg Ritalin (prescribed for sleep disorder) over almost a year?
 
This really is a medical question that you should talk to your doctor about. No one here can really help in any practical way. Have you mentioned this to your prescribing doctor? They might send you for an ECG to check your heart.
