If my friend took 50mg of hydrocodone tonight (25mg at first, good rush and euphoria and then 25mg three hours later, not as good as initial dose but did prolong initial high for a while), will he still get a euphoric feeling if he takes 30mg at once tomorrow night ?? (It was his first time taking an opiate in 6 years prior to tonight).
 
Chances are there will be a euphoric reaction, but he should not expect it to be at the same intensity as the previous night. Tolerance is a factor for opiates, but it isnt as acute as say it is for psychedelics which would usually require one to double the dose the next day.
 
How much more would he have to take in order to get close to the same euphoria? Also to cut back on the nausea, without eating too much to kill it. He threw up about an hour taking the first dose last night and felt that that wasted/killed it.

And i didnt know that a tolerance builds that fast with psychedelics-thats interesting. I wonder why that is.
 
With psychs a lot of it is a serotonin depletion issue.

As far as the hydrocodone, honestly, "your friend" will probably not get the same feeling. This is how addiction starts: people go chasing that first rush and the same feeling, and they never find it, but they'll die trying. You could take 30mg and feel much the same as you did yesterday - perhaps not quite as intense, but it would be largely similar. Be careful, though, as this is a great way to start a hellish opiate habit and this is the moment you'll look back on with a "why the fuck did I do that" attitude. I'd say take a break for at least a week and then if you still want to do it, do it.
 
Above poster is right. If you really want the same high wait a week and dose the same. For example two days ago I took 25mg of hydro with soma and was nodding like a mofo. Than the next night I took 30mg and a soma, and didn't nearly have the same high. Just wait it out

My friend took 40mg at once last night and said it was a lot better than redosing like the night before. He is just trying to get the most out of the hydros he has. Once they are out, theyre out and he will not continue.
 
Re-dosing half life never works for me. Taking the whole dose is the way to go IMO.
 
Like other have said, you prolly won't feel the same way.. We all chase that first time and can never feel that way again... One way to feel fucking great again is to wait a few weeks and then use again... And like others said, don't redose after 3 hours... Just do 25mg tomorrow night, chances are that if this is really your first time that you will feel pretty much like the first time but after a while you will be chasing that first high and will feel nothing like it...

Oh sorry it was your friend right? Change the you's to he's.. Haha
 
With redosing you have to find the sweet spot for me it's at 5 hours it's different for everyone but it took me months to figure out my sweet spot
