Bupe 1 Suboxone Stripe and a HIGH heroin tolerance...

So I have 1 8mg suboxone strip, 8 5mg Valiums, 30 cimetidines (standard 200mg) and I should be getting my 60 100mg gabapentin (new to it)

What would be the best way to go about getting off my HIGH heroin tolerance ( I shot a gram of decent black tar today in one shot and didnt die )

With what I have what would be the best dosing regiment with it? I think I got a good understanding of the less is more with the suboxone (like taking <1mg and then taking <1mg a couple hours later allowing your body to produce it to norbupe or whatever) but along with the cimetidine I'm wondering if that'd help more... I was thinking of taking 600-800mg prior to taking 1mg of sub then a few hours later doing it again at 1mg for 2 days then switching to .5 for two days then .25 for two days then .25 a day then a day... taking the valium during the day for anxiety and the gabapentin at night cause it messes with my coordination and I have to work the next couple days so .. Any advice would be very much appreciated if anyone else have experience with cimetidine and suboxone...

The plan you outlined sounds good to me. You basically just want to get down to as low doses as possible on the sub. Bupe is a remarkable drug in that it is incredibly active at extremely low doses. For example, I like to IV doses of .2 mg of sub, but I can actually feel doses much lower than that like .05 mg which is ridiculous when you consider that would get me 160 shots out of one single 8 mg sub.
