Benzos 1,4-Butanediol Benzodiazepine cross tolerance?

I know that they both act on GABA, but I was under the impression that benzos act on the GABA-a site while 1,4-Butanediol acts on the GABA-b site. Is there any cross tolerance between the two?

GHB/GABA-B should be independent from GABA-A.

It should be noted that IME GABA-A gains more tolerance readily than GHB/GABA-B. This is from personal experience with GHB.

i havent noticed any cross tolerance between benzos and 1 4 butanediol..i have noticed a huge cross tolerance between alcohol and 1 4 butanediol though..alcohol no longer works after u have been taking 1 4 bute..

I read up in a pharm tox book benzos act on GABA-a and GHB,GBL, 1-4,BDO acts on GABA-b no cross tolerance. If anyone wants the book information its solid research.
