Bupe 1/2 month benzo & 1 month bupe habit. need advice.

Hi everybody! I'm now one month & a half on benzos therapeutical doses (2mg kpin + up to 40 mg valium a day) + one month bupe (16mg a day nasal/subling) habit, was totally clean of both for almost 7 years before that. Now my question is how is the easeast way to quit/taper rote in my case? maybe cold turkey with loperamide & antihistamines + many exercise lift wights etc, or the shortest tapering rote?
For now I am already tapering down the benzos and am standing on 1mg kpin & 10mg valium a day, still on bupe. I'm descided to get rid of the benzos first because opiate wd is easier to cope with in my opinion, but am still doubting maybe i can somehow kick both due to relatively short period of use, though i srated it both for mental wellness more so for recreational use & now think maybe i whouldnt & it's better to kill the devil until it's young.
Any advice would be appreciated. tnx

A couple summers ago I was professionally detoxed off a dual-dependence to suboxone and benzodiazepines. Trust me, you want to detox from the opioids FIRST. The benzo's will be useful for the opioid kick whereas the opioids are not so useful for a benzo kick.

yeah i know but my benzo use is still short period of time & in therapeutical doses, not recreational ones, and if i do decide to stay on some of them for longer period i prefer the bupe cause it seems it's less harmful mentally than benzos, and if stuk without it, i can cope with some loperamide/excercise/clonidine, etc. (i don't know how bupe wd feels but i know how heroin is) but if i stuck without the benzos it seems like its no rescue...
