Any idea if this would be active, if so ..any guess on potency?

It should be active as a stimulant, but not very much so as a psychedelic. It is probably not as potent as 2c-b.
 
I doubt that it would be active as a stimulant, at least not in the classical (S)-amphetaminergic-type way, due to the 2,5-dimethoxy moieties. It might be similar to trifluoromethylpiperazine, but the heterogeneity of the mechanism of action of various piperazines (broad-spectrum 5-HT releasers, 5-HT1a ligands, histamine H1 antagonists, dopamine D2 antagonists, etc) doesn't really allow a great prediction a priori.

Yeah, it makes me wonder, as I've never heard anyone tasting it...a friend has some of this but we don't really want to make ourselves test subjects for something that could be potentially dangerous.
 
Piperazined PEAs. Yeah, I made a post about PiperaDINE-ed PEAs a while ago... I would geuss you'd have more luck with the piperadine than the piperazine.
