I was taking kratom everyday for about 3 months before I stopped a few weeks ago. I binged on hydrocodone and a 75mcg fent patch for a week before quitting cold-turkey 1 1/2 weeks ago. The process was absolute torture made worse by a major strain in my rib cage. The worst was over by the 4th day but I'm still feeling diarhhea and muscle aches, not to mention anxiety, depression, and zero motivation. Shouldn't all the physical symptoms be gone by now?

I'm in my senior year of college so I've been taking adderall to help get SOMETHING done instead of laying in be all day. It's making things worse (insomnia/anxiety) though so today is my last day. Is it normal to feel like crap for this long? Other than the addy, I've been smoking weed and taking .5-1 mg kpin/day to help the anxiety. I just want to feel better so I can be productive instead of a lazy depressed bum.

Yeah it's pretty common to feel like shit for a while. Many people don't report the physical symptoms going away for a month or so, followed by some lingering general uncomfortable feelings and then PAWS.

Withdrawal is an arduous process, no two ways about it.

Hang in there. A good diet and some exercise can go a long way also in getting some energy back.

yes this is no surprise..physical withdrawals can last for months and Paws for years..dont believe those intervention shows when it shows them on day 4 and they claim 'i feel better than i ever have!' type nonsense...thats just not reality..
