My advice would be to insufflate a small amount of noopept, it dunks on every racetam I've ever touched (10-15 so far), to the degree that I literally dropped every "smart drug" that isn't noopept as they all feel like a waste of time now. It's way less active orally than intranasally.

Yes absolutely true 💯. Levoamp is junk. Works on norepinephrine only and peripheral like drinking a pot of coffee. That’s why I never liked adderall. I convinced the Dr to prescribe dextroamphetamine for this exact reason :)
