How long after being on sublocade for about 5 months after taking it the last 3 shots were 100mg how long still I could start feeling opiates again?

you're finally clean....why go back and reverse all the progress you've made? that's not exactly the point of recovery. you've clearly done a lot of hard work, but it doesn't seem like you've addressed the reason behind the addiction, as you're itching to go back.

my advice, don't go back. half of the hard part is done. now work on why you wanna do it in the first place.

Honestly I can figure it out myself by trying. I'm just curious how long this chemical is in my system for for medical purposes

I have some opium in a dehydrator & it is still a goo like substance can anyone tell me how to dry this please

Anyone have an idea how long after the First 300mg shot would you start to feel opioids again? I'm at 3 weeks now.

Dang you guys you went full commitment and got the shot and are going back to the streets (unless you fresh outta jail or some ish) - I hope it aint that tainted xylazine fent shit at least!

OH SHIT 313 - YOU ARE GETTING THE FENT?? Do not go back man. 248

But no I have no answer for you unfortunately --- nor judgement --- I would like to ask if there w'd's when that left your system though?

That is a totally different question for a total different thread man

just leave it out untill it dries enough to smoke would be my first thought --- than id look up the degradation point of the opium and make sure if I used heat to dry it that it stayed well under that #

Did you take anything at any point during those 5 months? Did you try to take anything at some point after your first shot?

I didn't really go full commitment...yet, I just needed to seperate myself so I roughed it out for a few days (I had some suboxone too) and decided to get the shot. It was a good decision but also good to know if one can play on the side once or twice before the next shot. Just not sure if 3 weeks is enough or wait another week...would suck to try now and the most I get put of it is burning through my money lol.

You are not ever going to go back to Opioid naivete. It just doesn't work like that. There is an elastic quality to tolerance/dependence that we all are familiar with because it is obvious. Tolerance goes up and down in a way that is hard to miss. What people have a much harder time understanding, are the permanent effects of Opioid tolerance. I know a lot of people will jump down my throat for using the term "permanent", but I feel it is apt and will lead to better understanding.

If a person has had a long-term, serious Opioid dependency, this is how it works. I use the analogy of the rubber band. You can stretch a rubber band over and over and appears to retract back to its original shape. You stretch it a little too far and it starts to fray. It still seems to snap back to its original shape. Then you stretch it hard again and those frayed points that were seemingly gone are there waiting. They are permanent.

We don't have a lot of data for people who say, went 30 years clean and then went back. Who knows? Perhaps that would be different. However, we have plenty of stories of 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 5 years, 8 years... These people all fully expect that they are newborn babies after such a long time.

They are not. They get high once. It's not even as good as it once was, but they get "high". The next day, they get even less of those good feelings but are still definitely "high". By the third day, even more diminished returns. However, you are now more or less back to being fully-dependent on Opioids. You are going to have a fully diminished quality of effects by the end of 7-10 days at the very most. By day 7, you're a fully dependent Opioid user as if you'd been getting high every day for the past 10 years.

I'm telling you, don't be stupid. You will be throwing away everything; all of your progress. You aren't even going to get high the way you think you are. You might get one, perhaps two "good" highs before you realize you've fucked up.

This is the permanent quality of Opioid tolerance following high-dose, chronic usage. You can't ever go back. Like I said, we don't know much about the 30 year/40 year people, but then again, those people were smart enough not to relapse, so they're probably even smarter/have lives of substance that they love and enjoy that they wouldn't throw away for a few shots.

Yea FR you gunna end up dead off tranq before the fent cuts through that shit and out hundreds of bucks.... at least the last few batches I saw (yrs ago admittedly) were tranq'd. 24 hours after 4 mg suboxone a half pack put me under....didnt quite need narcan but it was close. No way was that an opioid/ate that took me out.

My advice if you are a shooter is wait until you down to like 2 mg a day of sub ---- wait 36 hours. GET HYDROMORPHONE -- make sure it is real. Great rush and cuts through sub fairly well --- than maybe some morphine for legs if you can find it cheap.

But I would really stay away from the street dope unless you are testing and really know the ppl..... you go back to grey death you know how that story ends man! (even the pills id test if I didnt know directly where they were comin from)

Keif is right though just stick with maintenence that shit is hard enough

I only really mess with hydromorphone and I take it orally...though my tolerance is almost inhuman.

Addendum: For the record my "after 10 days it will be as if you'd been using daily for 10 years" comment, on second thought might be a little exaggeratory. I think that is an overreach, but I also don't think it's far off. It might be more reasonable to say 20 days.

@EheheDurgs I get that you only use Hydromorphone orally. @notsmokeymcpot420 referenced "Tranq" but just like I referenced Heroin, it doesn't really matter. If you have a heavy Opioid dependence the phenomenon is the same regardless of which Opioid or the route of administration.

I dont think it is that far off to be honest. 10 days back into a habit is pretty bad -- especially if you didnt let the bupe clear completely. Expensive frustrating first few days than you just back where you were with a smaller tolerance maybe if you lucky...

Always remember your tolerance has changed and start small. 2mgs of dilly use to work 24 hours after 2mgs of sub --- for a rush at least the high was a bit questionable for the first couple days

I'll try again woth a couple of points...I'm not expecting opioid naivete as I know I am screwed here but what I am trying to determine or ask (understanding that everyone is different AND that taking excess to try to overcome blocking effects can have bad consequences), at what point (weeks/days) does the first 300mg sublocade shot become weakened enough that hydromorphone could break through?

Bonus question for nerdy types if possible...after 4-5 weeks, what is (roughly obviously) the suboxone mg equivalent in plasma levels (not ng/l).

Thanks for any help.

dry it over a lighter flame, stick it on top of a metal spike then use metal tweezers to stretch it out, warming it over the flame to evaporate the liquids. After that it's good to smoke. You can also just eat the stuff, easier but slower onset, it's my preferred high
