I don't think i saw it mentioned in this thread but you should also try and poop before plugging as the poop can absorb your solution rather than your body membrane.

i've read this in other "plugging" threads, and it seems to make sense.

Bumping this bc I don't wanna start a whole new thread lol, could someone plug 7oh or mgm? It's not very water soluble so I'd assume no right? What if you did water and a couple drops of lemon juice to help the 7oh dissolve??

also looking for some answers here. Back in the ol days, I had no issues with odsmt, but now that we got 7oh, I have to know if this thing is plug-able in the socket
