Im really nervous and upset about my upcoming trial
All I have is the judge would be a dick to convict. I'm pleading not guilty, there is no evidence of intent or to justify the means or whatever they called it.
I have so many things to do before the new year, I have to get on a different type of insurance or I'm going to die

Omg. They don't have much sympathy. ( the judges )

What are the mandatory/minimum penalties they are imposing over this !?

Well anyway I hope it works out w the best resolve possible good luck k.

Never yell at the judge ?

I guess you just gotta stay calm.

Yeah you can do this !!!! You should be fine. No Pun. at all.

Yes, torture victims can experience both physical brain damage and deep structural or functional changes in the brain. [1, 2]
The impact on the brain typically happens through two main channels: direct physical trauma and severe psychological trauma.

Physical Causes of Brain Damage
  • Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI): Physical beatings, blows to the head, strangulation, or suffocation can cause concussions, bruising, swelling, or a lack of oxygen (hypoxia/anoxia) to the brain tissue. [1]
  • Structural Thinning: Neuroimaging studies show that physical head trauma and torture can lead to the thinning of the cerebral cortex and damage to white matter pathways that connect different regions of the brain. [1, 2, 3]

Psychological and Neurobiological Changes
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Complex PTSD (C-PTSD): Extreme psychological torture, isolation, or prolonged terror physically rewires the brain, altering how fear, memory, and emotions are processed. [1, 2, 3, 4]
  • Amygdala Overactivation: The brain's threat-detection center can become locked in a constant "fight-or-flight" state, leading to severe hypervigilance and anxiety. [1, 2, 3]
  • Hippocampus Shrinkage: Chronic stress and high levels of stress hormones (like cortisol) can damage and reduce the volume of the hippocampus, impairing memory consolidation and the ability to tell past trauma from present safety. [1, 2, 3]
  • Prefrontal Cortex Suppression: The area of the brain responsible for impulse control, logic, and emotional regulation can become underactive, making it hard to calm down fearful reactions. [1, 2]

Long-Term Effects
  • Cognitive Impairment: Survivors frequently struggle with memory loss, lack of concentration, executive dysfunction, and trouble processing new information. [1, 2]
  • Network Disruption: Research published via Nature indicates that torture exposure can cause long-term disruptions in intrinsic functional brain connectivity.

Lol, top 10% of 20 million..okay ..I'll stop

Seriously, Ive never seen such a sad ass stupid Nazi display as everyone pretending hating me is wholesome. I didn't suffer some kind of amnesia where I forgot my childhood

Not everyone hates you. You have to start trying to work with that too. :\

Be nice to the Judge stay calm and hear them also. I see what you are up against.

It's kind of like law and order. Stay on focus and you will be fine trying to get through.

And you will. Just behave.

And calm.

I've actually never felt this sick in my life...trial is coming up in a couple of weeks. I committed simple assault against a "special victim" ( found this out ! In my state a psych nurse is a "special victim") so if convicted a class a misdemeanor 1 yr in jail. However according to what I have read there is no criminal intent as I do not have a "guilty mind" in that it was an accident on my part. In court for assault you have to both commit the assault and have a guilty mind to convict.

Eghck ck ck ck
I may get my new health insurance yet ..thought i had no way to see a psychiatrist, then I realized i totally ignored someone who told me I could see a primary care doctor who is a "behavioral health consultant", this may be the ticket....will see about it!

The best advice here is to get a good lawyer. They make things go from omg this is serious to go home and sleep on it
