Gabapentinoids Can gabapentin be detected on a drug test?

I’m sure a lab could detect it, but does the average test make you false positive for anything?

Unlikely but possible if it tests for GHB or another gaba analog. Which is, as I said, pretty unlikely

I know this is an old thread, but it absolutely can be detected. Not sure if you mean instantly (not sure about that) but I know that it is 1 of the meds that is tested for separately sometimes in my urine screens.
