How is seresta taken sublingually?

Hey,


For everyone who takes Seresta, I don’t really know much about this particular benzo, so I have a question.


I’ve seen that it can be quite slow to kick in, like around 1 hour or so.


Is it a benzo that can be taken sublingually (under the tongue)?


If so, how long would it take to kick in, and would there be a slight “rush” or noticeable effect like with Xanax or other fast-acting benzos?


Also, since I don’t have much tolerance to benzos because I space out my use by several weeks, could taking Seresta 10 mg for the first time have a strong anxiolytic effect on me?


I’d like to try it tomorrow by taking it normally, even though I’m not particularly stressed, just to see whether I could rely on it in case of a panic attack. Do you think I could get an idea of how effective it is even if I’m not anxious at the time I take it?


For example, I could try thinking about things that usually scare me and see whether they cause the usual mild stress response, or whether there is a noticeable absence of anxiety.

It can be taken sublingually, but there isn't much of a difference in onset time compared to oral route.

I've taken this benzo (oxazepam) quite a lot.

There's no rush comparable to Xanax - the effect comes sloooowly.

10 mg might have an anxiolytic effect if you don't have tolerance. It's a small amount though. My sweet spot was around 30 mg.

It's not the best option for panic attacks just because the slow onset it has.

You probably won't feel anything if you're not anxious.

And did you try smock on it because im planning to smoke weed while taking Seresta because I stopped smoking weed because of the panic it used to give me. I miss it, and I’d like to have a relaxed weed day again, at least just once, without having to worry about any of the stress it used to cause me. It would be nice to at least try it if I could be sure that it would eliminate any risk of a bad trip.
I’ll also ask my doctor about a benzo that acts more quickly so I can try different ones. The only one I’ve taken so far is 10 mg of diazepam, which gave me a slight feeling of disinhibition,not because I was intoxicated, but rather because it relieved all my anxiety.
