can you shoot up hydros?

I got some hydros in, I was wondering if it’s safe to shoot them up - safe in the sense that the extra stuff in there won’t damage me at all. i’ve only shot up powders never pills, so anyone who has done this before do you think it’s worth it or not for hydros? (obviously shooting up is dangerous, but i’m mostly talking infections, bad reactions, etc but OD i’m fully aware is possible)

The hydros I got are only 10mg so I’m hoping risk of OD will be low if I take it slow

I think hydrocodone causes the same very unpleasant and possibly deadly reaction that IVing codeine causes. If its hydromorphone your talking about though then yes you can shoot that.

Those pill fillers, like binders, are going to be really bad for you. And if it's mixed with acetaminophen then that's a bad idea, too. Maybe you can wash that shit out? Dunno

Are you talking about Hydrocodone or Hydromorphone? This is a very important question...

Im not sure about shooting hydros (I’d try them) but when i was getting 10/325 Perk’s from the pain clinic j use to run the white sludge thru a wheel filter and it would come out water clear,my second month there i asked the doctor if they came without the acetaminophen because it’s almost 40,000 mg a month,which is insane,he then gave me the IR tiny tablets…
There’s no comparison to filtering with a cotton compared to a wheel filter…….

While hydrocodone is mildly active in it's own right, most of it's activity is due to around 10% of any oral dose undergoing first-pass metabolism into hydromorphone.

For decades academic papers woozled that although indeed 10% of the dose IS converted into hydromorphine, the metabolite isn't involved in the action of hydrocodone.

Then, in the last decade newer research shows that the MAJORITY of hydrocodone activity was due to the (much more active) metabolite.

Plus injecting pills is a really bad choice.

since its a 10 mg pill i assume its hydrocodone cuz to my knowledge there are no 10 mg hydromorphone pills and if there are then im missing out
like paranoid android said, its really not a good idea to shoot hydrocodone id recommend to just swallow it
