Harmine and THH (Tetrahydroharmine) are alkaloids used to inhibit an enzyme called DYRK1A. When this enzyme is blocked, neurogenesis (the latter process). It doesn't happen instantly though, so staggering the two (instead of taking them together like ayahuasca) might be better.
