There is a lot more that is to be said then that is what is actually simpler and more powerful.

It is more efficacious to act your way into a new way of thinking .... than it is to think your way into a new way of acting.

Most therapists make the exact same mistake that people in troubled relationships make.
They waste incredible time, energy and breath trying to convince somebody to think differently.
Right. When all they have to do is insist that they behave.

That is so funny. I kept changing the than back to then and then again when it changed to that again then I changed it again thinking why than.
( autocorrect.) kept doing than instead of then. :rolleyes:

At least I'm aware then that the then was than and indeed not then. rotf But yes, absolutely appreciated. lolol. Usually autocorrect is annoying as then.
