Depends on use imo. I go for CDP as it’s got a long half life and produces Uridine and other bits and bobs.
I’m more for protecting my brain rather than gym performance these days. I use to take handfuls of stuff just for a minor T Boost but my stack is very small these days.
Daily T+01:00
Creatine (10,000mg)
Vitamin D3 (110ug)
K2-MK7 (200ug)
T+12:00
Agamatine (3000mg)
Taurine (3000mg)
Theanine (400mg)
Magnesium L Threonate (2000mg)
1xWeekly (Monday)
Boron (10mg Morning)
Tocotrienols (125mg Morning)
2x Weekly (Monday/Friday)
CDP-Choline (500mg Morning)
Benfotiamine (500mg Morning)
I've been interested in nootropics for years and just bought my first racetam this past week, Noopept / Omberacetam.
Anyway what do you mean by "minor T boost", what's the T stand for?
What's the agamatine and boron do exactly?
How come you take tocotrienols instead I'd the cheaper (gamma?) Tocopherol?
Also what's the benfotiamine do?
I know it's a thiamine / Vitamin B1 analogue.
Do you find it better than sulbutiamine and uf so why?
I was thinking about getting some sulbutiamine for my chronic fatigue along with some bromantane.
I take daily
- Vitamin B50 complex with vitamin C (250mg)
- Ferrous Sulphate 200mg x 3 daily
- Magnesium L Threonate 2g
- Noopept 10mg
- Omega 3 Fish Oil 2g
- Schisandra Berry 2000mg
- Vitamin D 1600iu / 40mcg / 800% NRV
As mentioned I wanna add bromantane or some other nootropic stimulant. I've tried modafinil but the stimulation is more mental and I need something that mixes mental and physical but amphetamine I can't get a hold of properly and the come down is too harsh.
Methylphenidate is good for energy but I can't concentrate on it, I get too euphoric.
I was wondering is phenylpiracetam is a good stim as it's a substituted phenethylamine / amphetamine?
