210 is massive..
Today i did 3 sets of 215lbs barbell curls, 3 sets of 55lbs 1 arm tricep extensions, 3 sets of 55lbs shoulder presses, 3 sets of 70lbs buterfly's, 3 sets of 70lbs incline dumbbell presses, 3 sets of 70lbs front raises and 3 sets of 30lbs skull crushers
Insane strength. Curling nearly 100kg. I could do 110kg at the height of my prime, but that was only 1 rep, and I really didn't even get that. I presume the 70lb butterfly and front raises are 140lb in total for both arms? If so, that is insane.
Ya 70 each arm. I need more weight though really
Exercise is the best way to feel good and get endorphins. Ive hardly stepped into a gym but trying to achieve a swimmers style muscle profile. its great for lats and shoulders; I just do the crawl all session long. Pulling water. Boy do I envy muscles from weightlifting but I do enough at the pool and skatepark to feel like I am in shape. Way better than doing nothin
