Extremely messed up lucid dream

Shit that would of scared the fuck out of me
One time i had sleep paralysis and woke up falling into a hole to hell with demons looking down, scarry as fuck, it seemed so real because i was awake.

I've been thinking about this..... and the few times I've had SP happen, which has been around 10 occurrences, over the 20 some years since it first happened......

It really seems to me that every time it'd happen and I'd become aware & alarmed, the episode would last longer and become very unsettling.
However, the last few times I had SP, I knew what was happening.... I actually tried to embrace the paralysis, to turn it around and possibly even fall back asleep. Except when I did that, the episode would seem to end very quickly, and I'd end up wide awake fast....
About a year ago was my last SP experience, and it was brief indeed. Actually....... It rather upset me more that it didnt last longer, and I couldn't go back to sleep. It was on a day that it wouldn't have hurt to have slept in on..... 8)

The only comparable feeling I know of, especially when first becoming lucid and having the "presence", being watched, or being restrained sensations when going into SP..... is when I've taken a serious dose of DMT. It wouldn't surprise me at all, if there's some odd biological connection between SP, and the effects we get off of DMT and/or curare-type drugs.....
:\

I did the same thing when i had sleep paralysis which is pretty weird. I just decided to lay there one time and treat it like id treat a psychedelic trip. I knew it couldn't hurt me and that it was not real so why freak out? This method worked when i could pull it off because the dreams would end or change into a normal dream. Still scary as fuck though :\

i remember back when i was like 14 i'd experience sleep paralysis quite often. Haven't in years now, i wonder if it was because i was still developing?

anyway i remember whenever i'd wake up in SP i would just try to wiggle my toe and eventually i'd be free. but whenever i'd try to fall back asleep after that i would always feel myself slip back into SP. I never was able to get through the SP because i hated the feeling, so i'd always have to wake myself up for 5-10 minutes and then go back to sleep to avoid going through SP again.

i'd like to experience it again so i can have a WILD

I used to always try and move my arms, feet or anything to wake up and it rarely ever worked. Also i would usually end up falling asleep quick again and getting SP over and over again to the point where id have to get out of bed because id be afraid to go back to sleep. Controlling sleep paralysis is certainly not easy but it can be done in some cases atleast.

Foe some reason many psych meds that carry anti-histaminic or anti-cholinergic (or both :\ ) side effects can cause weird fucked up dreams or SP. I experienced it at first as well on seroquel but it went away fairly quickly for me. I take seroquel for bipolar disorder up to 400mg's a night when i need it or 100mg's in the morning and 300mg's at night so maybe at those doses it just affects me differently or something. I remember amitriptyline caused the most fucked up dreams Ive ever had at first but it went away after awile too so maybe it will go away once you get used to the med.

The past two nights i've been taking only 25mg seroquel and both nights i've had extremely violent, gruesome and unsettling nightmares. I don't even wanna go into details but i'd wake up sweating and with a weird feelings
