IV'ing oxycodone

Apologies if its already been answered I didnt read thru all the posts..

This happens to me sometimes..What happens is when you push on the plunger you accidentally push the needle and it moves out of the veins causing a "miss"

At least thats the only thing I can think of..

Random thought here, but figured it was worth asking about: What amount of solution do you guys use on an average hit? .75mL, 1mL, 1.25mL etc... I personally use about 1.5mL to start with but during the preparation I usually lose some and the shot ends up to be around 1.25mL. Does anyone find the quantity of solution to be relevant to the effects of the hit? i.e. 'Less liquid=stronger, more liquid=weaker' and vice versa... ??? :?

For oxy? I would add 1mL per 80 basically..little less if need be. I've ALWAYS heard and read that the less water = the less dilution = stronger shot. Could be true in larger amounts. However, I think for normal doses it should not matter. 10-20 units difference shouldn't change anything.

Thanks for the input Epiks, and yeah sometimes when im releasing the tourniquet or jack back or start to depress the plunger the needle will wiggle a little bit. I've about decided it was a stick-thru because today the spot is really tender and a little bruised, which tells me there was some bleeding from the inside, needless to say though, my left median cubital won't be used again. It's back to the good ole trusty cephallic vein, its hard to beat that one and even harder to screw up since its very pronounced on my right elbow crook.

And about the solution amounts, I have heard the same thing about the less diluted the stronger it would be, but as Effie said, when it comes down to the pharmacodynamics it really shouldn't matter, I mean, if you've got your rig loaded with 80mg you're gonna get 80mg in your bloodstream regardless of how much solution you have, also not to mention its instantly diluted into your bloodstream anyways. And by the way my D.O.C. for IV'ing is Roxi 30's, so for future reference if I mention my IV'ing experiences thats what I'm referring to, I've never felt like fooling with OC's, Roxi's are sooo much cleaner and don't have hardly any nasty fillers and binders , I can't give you a description of the ones I use because it's against forum rules but they are the purest ones out there :)

With the Heroin I get I always use 40 units of water no matter how many bags I'm doing, the Heroin I get dissolves instantly on contact with water and requires very little mixing just a quick stir and it's ready to filter and bang.

When I shoot pills I use a LOT of water, usually 80 units, just to aid the drug in dissolving

so ur telling me that someone like me and you that likes 120+ milligrams of oxy can get rocked off of a 30 mg shot.... sounds goood to me lol.

Yeah no shit man, with a decent tolerance of around 120-150mg oral, the first few times IV'ing doesnt even take the entire 30mg, about 2/3's of the shot, i guess around 20ish mg knocked me on my ass! I couldnt believe it. 8o8o
