Aren't ya gonna give people a chance to thank you for all the support, wisdom and kindness you've given so freely, things you've given without asking for anything in return?

I, for one, would be in a totally different place in life (one not so pleasant and fulfilling) if it wasn't for your patience, understanding, tolerance and genuine kindness so.... pbbbbbbbbttttttt :p <3 :)

Someone at work mentioned that I don't react to anything. The press is down, no reaction. Early lunch, no reaction. Someone loses a finger, no reaction. I guess they're right, I mean I react in my head but I never really noticed that I don't react outwardly. Really, that just makes me happy. Makes me more of a mystery, and frankly I'd rather remain a mystery to everyone at work.

Control over emotion is just as important as controlling the rest of your mind n body.
Makes you more of a pond of still water- much easier to have someone reflect n assess their own thoughts in.

I feel much BETTER.
A comedic lil dream helped me wake in a good light.
 
Real exhausted - I've been having fun , gping out , being with good people etc. BUT - these fucking PTSD symptoms really drive me insane.

I just feel as if everyone is watching or secretly laughing at me behind me. I'm getting closer with some people but ineviabl hat always happens will, too close, cut off.

As you all know these are just some of the many problems associated w/ptsd , I just want to really rest. Just one hour of real rest. I cannot lay down withoutt freaking out seeing fake reflections in the tv / windows of people. It just does not fucking end.
