When the time comes around that the weight of my problems and memories becomes too much to handle, I tend to lie down on the floor and vocalize how I'm feeling. While usually during these episodes the anxiety, overwhelm, and sadness remain, when I reflect I can manage to get a decent laugh out of it.
So here it is!
