This is me with my new hair cut. I cut seven inches for locks of love. Big change for me., lol. It grows fast though. It was for a good cause. My other girlfriend said she would do it if I did. Damn peer pressure!!!! 8) :!

I am so jealous of people with blonde hair! I used to spend $400 a pop getting mine dyed blonde, now I'm trying to embrace my dark side ;)
 
Bf and I were made for each other as you can tell by the shirts. (Nope, we didn't plan that one)

Lately people are seeing right through my faking it.
Work is REALLY burning me out... :(
 
/\ I'm not sure if you just had a bad day or if thats something that has been going on a while. But if its been going on a while you should really find someone to talk to. Especially if you are having any thoughts about "giving yourself a break" drug wise.

Don't hold shit in. You need to help yourself because noone else is going to do that for you. And don't give your situation more meaning then it needs either. Lots of people get burnt out but the way you worder it "REALLY" is a bit worrying. Maybe make a thread about it to get some feedback? It does help you know. Just to get ideas to reframe your thinking or ideas to make your life a bit better maybe.
 
My boss offered to pay for me to see someone but I don't think its bad enough to warrent that.
I am working the job of 2 people and my supervisor has been gone a lot so really 3.
But all I can really say is that I'm out of patience, I'm overworked and tired.
I was hoping this day off would help... but
Its been a tough few days, seriously. no car so I'm just sitting here getting "coping" and trying to "stay calm, carry on"

I am working the job of 2 people and my supervisor has been gone a lot so really 3.

Bo Jangles brought up a really good point PillThrill- Don't neglect yourself, you've alot of responsibilities but they or you will not benefit if you are neglecting your needs.<3

Make sure you are getting enough sleep PT and I notice a run in the morning before a healthy breakfast is the best way to start a day :). Drink lots of water if you don't and make sure you are getting enough protien. A lot of your neurotransmitters are made from them. L-tyrosine, L-taurine, and L-theanine make a great combination and they also relax you. G/luck.
