I do not know what naive limits are but 100mg is a lot! Do not drink, do not take other CNS depressants like opiates or muscle relaxers or more benzos.

One of the things about Valium that made it such a "wonder Drug" back in the day was the fact that u can't od on it .
This is only true of course if you don't mix it with anything .
 
Thats over the day and no alcohol, funnnily enough I dont feel that sleepy at all and this is from a batch I've been using over the last week or so
 
Don't buy into the Phen sold as Diaz bull. If you've taken Phenazepam you know it takes forever to kick in and there's hardly any buzz at all you just go into a mad fucking state of amnesia.

Getting back to the Stars... they're dosed all over the shop . What I meant to say was you could have one with 5mg and one with just chalk.

Mate I'm just about getting back together off a mad benzo binge.

Came off mates bike (mtb) and hit 2 cars and fuckin wrecked myself. Mates have been avoiding me saying I was calling to their houses at all hours talking balls. Taking showers at 1am... getting out.... drying up and then an hour later repeating the process whilst everyone was in bed singing like fuck. (I live with my parents) Rooming the streets basically not knowing who the fuck I was for a good 10 days. Basically living in the local park for a week drinking and doing drugs... benzoed up.

Not worth it man.

Lots of booze and other substances involved though.
 
what a good starting dose for Temaz ??, I'm not intending leaving the sofa !

Do you want to sleep, or just to relax?

For the latter, keep it to about 10mg or so. For the former, 30mg may knock you out, or you might need quite a bit more. I always get by with 20-30mg.

It's a funny one, temazepam.
 
Are they NHS ones? Or are they the Restoril / Hypnotil that seem to dominate the black market? :)

Restoril are widely acknowledged to be underdosed, but I'd say it's not to extent that some people make out. I actually like them, but obviously NHS-scripted temaz blows them out of the water.

Not tried the Hypnotil ones yet but I hear good things about them.
 
Restoril ....a sample so I didnt pay for them, rekon your right though a have done 20mg of Diaz this morning and dropped the temaz at least 25 mins ago, tempted to do another but will wait a bit
 
The NHS wont even give me Diaz let alone Temaz "addiction potential" apparently...what the fuck do they know =D

Yea it's rather, rather difficult to OD on Benzos. I was with a mate one night where he was having flashbacks and other nasty mind stuff and he ended up necking 100mg himself. He needed reassuring he would be ok and I made sure he was.

As J.G quite rightly pointed out - as long as you touch no other CNS depressants then you're pretty much certain to be fine. Just try remember that Diazepam has a fooking long half-life.

And yea Sam, Temaz is a massively big weird. Sometimes it would knock me on my arse, some days I'd be awake well into the next day on a larger dose **Shrugs** :\

Not an easy question I know but IYO how much worse on a scale of 1-10 do you compare Benzo addiction to full alcohol addiction
 
^ i've suffered neither but witnessed cases of both and from an outsiders perspective alcohol is far far scarier. i think both are just as deadly. just read a 'zine,' 'get in the van,' mostly about a guys alcohol addiction, it is well written, annoying i can't find an online copy.

it also depends what you mean by 'full' addiction, there are functional addicts who are definitely still addicts, experience withdrawal etc. then there are shouting at hallucinations addicts, which is what i would mean by full alcohol addiction.
 
Have some xanax, temazepam and hopefully a few diazepams turning up tommorow :)

xanax and temaz are branded/blister packed geniune, the diazepam are yellow 5mg generics, i beleive to be of good quality.
