When you asked if he'll have to know that your the one that said he sells drugs or not, he probably won't find out. If he really fucks around they'll catch him another way other than with you involved.

If you want him prosecuted for raping you then he will have to know that you are the one pressing charges. If it's true, then I recommend you press charges. By doing so you receive professional help from people who have dealt with this kind of thing before. As well as I'd imagine the police would take into account you fear for your life.

These types of things can and usually do affect you for the rest of your life, if you just let this go not just legally but mentally, I think you will feel different about the situation come the future, and he wouldve won if you let this take you down a different road.

^there isn't a whole lot anyone can do when they receive an anonymous tip that someone raped them. Unless that persons like a serial rapist or something

I wasn't talking about the rape per se, I was talking about the fact that she mentioned they were dealing drugs and had weapons. There's a good chance they would spend more time in jail if they were nailed for that anyways.
