Why did you join BL?

I thought this would be the best place for this thread and checked with theotherside and he said it was fine :)

So as the title says why did you join BL

I personally have another user name but for the love of god dont remember it nor the e-mail i used to register with at that time as i was a heavy user

But at that time i had been shooting up heroin and had a bad reaction to it and wasnt sure if i should go to hospital or if it was something that would pass so i was looking through the net and came across BL and decided to join up and ask for advice which i got very quickly too

That was about 2 years ago but i still liked to visit now and again and recently started posting again under this name :)
 
I wanted to reply in a post about songs to listen to when you're high on opiates that I had found researching music to listen to while on opiates and/or music that was made by people that were really fucking high on opiates. So I signed up and when asked to decide what my username should be I just used the song that I was listening to...and I was also high on opiates.

I think there's a theme here. ;)
 
I joined Bluelight after researching this popular drug "mephedrone" back in the summer of 2008. After a quick google search for info, Bluelight was the first site to come up. I read around a few forums, mainly Advanced Drug Discussion and found the discussion to be intelligent, friendly, and open minded. So I joined up.

I ended up staying around Bluelight after making tons of friends. Now it is my online home :)

Great thread idea....I would like for it to stay here in NMI as it seems a perfect fit here.

I joined because i came across BL numerous times doing searches for purifications, Tek's, all sorts of other things, just so i could basically refine skills i already had. Plus it helps when you (me) aren't the only person who knows what you're talking about. I think after about a month i joined simply because i was on here--both lurking and searching--already, so why not.
 
And the joy of putting a smile on my face The Chemist! I have a grin on my face that is straight cheese right now. Something about Easter candy and an large "goodie bag" and being on Bluelight right now.
 
goes both ways. but it gets annoying because literally nobody i run with knows wtf i'm talking about when it comes to drugs. i am a library...it's cool and not, but it's knowledge i take pride in having more than anyone else i know IRL.

You can stalk as long as you don't throw a Guns'n'Roses type of temper tantrum=D I was just watching a documentary on Metallica when James got burned and Axl came out and said his vocals hurt.....

I have cravings for sweets all the time cos of my methadone script

My sister had her chocolate santa from xmas time which just went past teh date so she didnt want it

But its Lindt chocolate so it was just too good to throw out so i munched it =D

No need for laxatives for the next week lol
 
no i understood the joke, but instead posted my relevant opinion.

I joined BL to find out information about Ecstasy. After finding what i wanted, I was hooked on reading people's trip reports and after whoring through the other sub forums i became interested in other substances and started researching those.

Also, I was pretty surprised on how well educated the community was and Bleulight never fails me when I'm looking for info.

I think it's safe to say that I'm addicted to BL :D
 
I needed to know if I can IV buprenorphine via Suboxone.

I found out I could, and then I continued doing this for way too long before beginning micron filtering. It's really essential for injecting tablets or impure street drugs.
 
used the pill report alot a few years back,,when the roundies started becoming a joke in oz..and all around the world i believe... i ,like many people turned to the meth..which is out of hand now unfortunately...
So i joined for some like minded,non judgemental
advice from fellow B.Lers to help with my attempt to get this monkey off my back.. Its not only the success stories,but also the so many attempts to quit before one an find the way to overcome there addiction

Before i forget to mention,i was given a genuine and friendly welcome from a number of people on this thread that made me feel at ease about my dramas in life..and i thank u all,im sure you know who you are..

Along with the exceptance the BL community has offered,and the wealth of knowledge that so many of you have (which still astounds me everyday).I also like the soewhat 'second hand high' that i get reading your stories.gets me through the bad days..

Sorry to ramble,been a seedy bender going 3 nights..

Theres a BLer by the name 'fiffleman'..This gentleman has offered me great support and encouragement,that is second to none...Id personally like to say THANK YOU MATE...

And keep up the work everyone..Ill stop now
 
I joined BL to learn more about various forms of drug use. I stopped lurking and started posting a lot in ED after I tried MDMA. It was just too awesome of an experience to not share with other people. :)
