Conundrum: Uneducated Friends & Pipes

I am in a little bit of a hairy situation. A friend, who isn't an actual dealer but sometimes gets enough E to sell to our large friend group for big events, recently picked up a significant amount of purple g-ladies, and is selling them to many of my other friends. They all plan to take them together at an event this Friday.

The problem is that they are known pipes (http://www.pillreports.com/index.php?page=display_pill&id=25337). Multiple user reports and test-kit results on pillreports verify they are definitely pipes (no reaction to marquis/mecke). In the report I linked, a guy felt very sick after consuming 2. Some of my friends are planning on consuming 3-4, and I'm worried that they could become extremely ill.

I have a testing kit. Tonight I think I will go over to my friend's place and test them in front of him and show him the pillreports pages and explain the situation. It's just so awkward because he invested quite a bit of cash in these pills, and he's already sold a lot of them. And he kind of takes pride in his E -- he has gotten us decent MDMA pills in the past. If he isn't willing to tell his customers (many of whom are my friends) about the potential dangers/nature of these pills, am I morally obligated to tell them myself?

Yes. You are. Go to his house, perform the tests, and tell whoever may have come into contact with the pills that they are bunk (if he's not willing to, that is).

If he protests, explain that his reputation is MUCH better served if he finds his customers BEFORE they eat shitty pills, and does the honorable thing and tells them. They will thank him for his honesty if they are decent people, and his reputation among your social circles as a reliable source will only increase. He can explain to his customers that he cannot possibly afford to absorb the full price on his own, and offer partial refunds. Depending on how he has priced them, what he got them for, and how many he has sold, he might get away with minimal losses here ... and if he goes back to HIS source and complains, there's a tiny chance that he could even get a refund or a trade-back himself.

Regardless of other factors, you NEED to test the pills. If they test negative for MDMA, you NEED to tell whoever you know who might've bought them. You will be doing everyone, including your dealer friend, a favor ... although he'd be doing himself a much bigger favor if he takes it upon himself to get word to his customers, instead of letting you do it.
 
everyone needs to straight up quit buying G's up hoes down.
the flat ones are good, but they look nothing like the normal g's
 
I would make a point to discuss it in the least offensive way possible- many people who aren't educated about MDMA, but love it, tend to boast a lot about the great pills they always get, and assume that once a source sells them good MDMA pills a couple times, that that source would never pipe them.

Does your friend know what pipes are? Does your friend know how unpleasant they can be? If you already know these pills are pipes, maybe send him a text or e-mail about how you looked them up, and they are reported as piperazine- if you don't think it will offend him, send him some info thats easy to read explaining how unpleasant pipes are, and what potential dangers are involved.

I've had uneducated friends acquire large amounts of pipes unknowingly (usually because they were such a "deal"- no surprise why). The problem is, a lot of these people do the wrong thing and try to make their money back buy selling them at big massives where they won't see their victims again- don't allow your friend to be that person.

Talk to your 'dealer' friend about it. If he takes pride in his pills like you say, then he'll want to know if they're bad before his consumers take the pills. However, I would go to his place (ASAP) and test the pills just to be sure. If you go around telling everyone they're bunk, but they end up being good (It is possible for a pill with a bad rep to be made with actual MDMA) then that's a problem too. Test the pills. If they're bunk, tell the guy to let everyone know, if he doesn't, do it yourself. However, if he refuses, I wouldn't threaten him with telling people, for safety reasons. Try to convince him to tell everyone he can, but if he won't, just say "okay" and leave. Then call everyone you know and tell them. If a dealer of any kind doesn't want to tell their clients that their 'shit' is shit, chances are, they won't want you to either, and that can be dangerous.

there was NEVER a good batch of purple g's up, the g's up press has gone to shit and there is only 1 good batch going around that is very obviously pressed different than the others (Flat vs domed, .G instead of just a G) (i'm east coast, i would know....)

and how do you know the poster is East Coast? All I'm saying is, you can't know 100% if a pill is a pipe unless you test it. Granted, it most likely is, but he should still test it to be sure/to let the dealer be sure of this.

EDIT:
Also, they're probably have been/was at one point a 'good' batch of 'purple g's up.' Most pills, not including the ones that are "shaped like cool things" (Transformer heads, Tupac's face, etc,) started out as a good pill and turned into shitty copycats.

Dude, it's your responsibility as a friend to tell him that those pills are no good.
Educate the uneducated.
Show your buddy the kit and tell him how it works and then test his pills for him.
That's the responsible thing to do man.
 
uhh sakura, here out east, thats probably THE most common press, and g's up (some people call them g ladies, but most people at least IME call em g's up hoes down) ONLY circulate out east
i would know, the ONLY pressed pills i've ever had have been g presses

So, you're saying it's impossible for someone to have a 'G' and a naked chick pressed onto a pill in anywhere in the world other than the east coast? Look, I am aware of the fact that it's probably a pipe, and that these pills are most common on the east coast, I'm just saying it's not impossible that some chemist decided to make real MDMA, then press it into one of those pills, or for said chemist to live somewhere other than the east coast. I'm not trying to argue, I;m just saying he should still test the pill to be sure.

you show me on PR where someone other than on the east coast has g's up hoes down
there are LADY pills in other places, but i have yet to see G/.G on one side, lady on the other (hence the name, g's up hoes down)
i knows moar about the g's than you, thats an exclusively east coast press, they were at one point relatively reliable MDMA pills, the equivalent to your guys' pokeballs

Funny, I've never actually seen a 'pokeball' and I've seen a lot of pills. Challange accepted though.
 
and sakura, NO there havent been good batches of purple g's
the PURPLE g's have ALWAYS been pipes
just like how last year, the green g's were ALL pipes, while the blue and orange g's were good MDMA
 
that doesnt count, and tahts weird..and wow, ONE report from 2007 of the OG OG OG SUPER diggity dank g's up
i've heard mythical things about those first batches, as in SUPER HIGH DOSE MDA OMG OMG

theres always a bigger fish :X

also, last year, the very first batch of purple g's was mdma/speed. i test kitted them. not even watery.
