If the person involved in creating that black eye still has kneecaps then justice has failed.

He was punished through the courts, (twice) and ended up getting more support than me. He also tried to suffocate me once, he deserved more than kneecapping for that.

And cheers, i'm still not there yet, (are we ever totally there?) but getting there. :)

I remember one time doing a baloon at a warehouse party with DS and afterwards just remembering it feeling really intense.

However when I asked him why we were leaving the party he told me that after I did the baloon I assured him that I had just murdered everyone and that we HAD to leave :S Not the nicest but I can't remember it at least lol.

Will say nowt about the black eye and related scenario beyond the fact that a certain (ex-?) EADDer has never lost as many brownie points in so short a time period before or since and I hope he's getting the help he clearly needs in that area. Sometimes even good people do Bad Things and he always seemed to be one of the good guys until "that" stuff happened. Hopefully he's found a way to deal with whatever issues he had that made it seem acceptable (or even unavoidable) to him to behave that way towards you or anybody else.

Either way, tis great to see you back to your smiley picpoutface best, Cherry <3
 
Heh, I've actually stopped pulling that face now, I can find evidence of pics with me with no pout face, there's two on the previous page actually :) The middle one I was actually air kissing my mate who I cut out of the picture as I didn't want to post her on here. But thank you :)

Yes, even good people can do bad things. I like your words there. As far as I'm aware, part of his probation is a course to learn to deal with anger issues and relationships. I hope it works, for the sake of the next girl he get's involved with. I'm going to leave it at that, and not going to make up any excuses for him, what he did to me, some of the things he did, over the course of months are disgusting and still cause me nightmares and issues, especially with new relations. Trying to suffocate (I couldn't breathe for 30 seconds, only grabbed tiny bits of air when trying to prise his hands off my face) someone and twisting their jaw, holding me down to the ground whilst shouting 'I'm going to kill you' he was charged with battery for, my dad said it should have been attempted murder. I have lots of nightmares about murder, not being able to get away from someone and being unable to call 999. Aaanyhoo.

I went back to the person who tried to suffocate me, even after the first court case, and then the inevitable happened again, and again, and another court case happened. Love/abusive relationships are only understandable to those who've lived them. I'll always stand by that.

We are all pretty things. My connection won't let me stream music, but I get your sentiment :)

Right, against my better judgment (and solely for the purpose of countering the claims that it is me in the 'ham radio' pic) here's a suitably twatted and unflattering picture of me.

It's not like anybody could identify me from it anyway, unless these days coppers demand that suspects sweat profusely, mess up their hair, remove their tops and gurn like an idiot.

Not sure what I'm doing with my top, but it makes a pretty bad feather boa. Not sure what I'm doing at all in this pic really, but it's the only one I have to hand. :D

It's definitely more scarf, yeah. There's one from the same night taken from sideways on, where the sleeve of my top draping down makes it look like I'm wearing a fucking waistcoat with nowt underneath. Not the best look.

That would be bad enough, but there's also a mystery woman's hand on my arse in said pic. All of which appeared on an indie club's Facebook page and reesulted in me having a lot of explaining to do...
