how does it compare to MDAI, are those two compounds similar? since as far as I understand it, both are primarily serotonine releasers.
i found a paper with data of reuptake inhibition (J. Med. Chem. 1993,36,3700-3706).
it mentions IC50 (5-HT/DA/NE; all nM):
130±13/7089±956/3238±150
but no data for monoamine release...chemical messiah

3d dosed @130mg to compare the effects with mdai taken a week beforehand. Subtle visuals and nice entactogenic effects at this dose. Two hours into it 1g G was imbibed to chase away the lethargy. Waves of euphoria and trippy mindspace, very nice. I experienced no comedown. I like this one much better than mdai.Last edited:3d (ema-4) dosed at 140 MG together with 45 mg 4-FLA at the same time.
this combination Rocks.
Went of into the city and had many happy chats with random people , ended up at a ready nice dubstep party and learned to apreciatte dubstep through it.
Some Minor visual enhancement but very euphoric.
Had a slight Hangover but not as severe as from mda/mdma.

This chem is underated. I am surprised 6-apb is getting all the attention when 3d does the job quite nicely.

3d seems to releas a lot less DA and NA so its is less similar to MDA and more comparible to MDAI or MDAT while 6-apb is more like mda and more recreational (at least when this benzo fury bullshit really is 6-apb in the end which no one really knows)

What about MDAI and a stim?
I actually like MDAI a lot on its own, and I'm thinking of trying a MDAI+amph or MDAI+4-FA combination.
My entactogen experience, though, is confined to 4-FA and some pure-seeming, if weak, E pills (felt awesome for 2 hours, fell asleep after 5, woke up still feeling good). I do respond well to 4-FA, with body tingles, mild psychedelia, empathy, relaxation, the whole 9 yards.
