So, I'm is sitting on, not literally, 10 Baby Woodrose seeds. Should I simply chew them or do some extraction?
Last time I chewed them I got violently sick...

Look into LSH conversion.

Process where you take LSA-containing seeds and use acetaldehyde (generally in peppermint oil) for a quick and easy synthesis of a chemical called LSH, which is supposedly a lot more like LSD in effect, and generally preferred to the initial lysergic acid amides.

Thank you, I must try this. I do remember hearing about it before, but most the recipes contained alcoholic liquids, and I have, sadly, mixed LSA with alcohol, and I have never felt worse. If you hate someone...give them lots of vodka, and then hide som LSA-seeds in their sanwich... It will be a moment where you beg for the mercy of death.

And, to the almighty admin-Gods, my arch nemeses, this thread can indeed be closed now! You hear me?

did you swallow?
if either the seeds or juice hit your gut, it can make you sick,
let the goodies absorb through your mouth, like a tab of acid, then spit out the pulp

The LSH conversion might be a hoax, at least after reading up on it I was not convinced at all.

I thought it was mostly the husks of the HBWR seeds that made you sick, and that after cleaning them a little they would be lighter than morning glories, but I guess I was wrong. :)

Doing the extraction is probably worth at least trying, it doesn't seem to be that big of an effort at all. I am almost sure I have done it once but it has been a couple of years and I kinda forgot.

quick cold water extraction is the only predictable method. any other recipe (naptha wash, everclear, or whatever) are not going to work unless you have top-notch lab skillz, equipment, and solvents.

peppermint oil does NOT contain any appreciable acetaldehyde unless it is freshly distilled from fresh plants.

menthol on the other hand is definitely present in peppermint tea, oil, and gum. menthol is a very good natural calmative and anti-nausea agent. experiment with ginger/lemon/honey tea as well to see what your own body reacts best to.
