MDMA or MDA???

Last night me and my buddies were hanging out smoking a spliff. I popped 2 m pills that i chopped from a pure half ounce rock i had just bought, my first time trying out this batch. So I popped the pills and smoke 3gs of weed while Im waiting for it to kick in.

I ended up having the most intense hallucinogenic experience of my life, none like i have ever felt before on anything. Full on open eyed visuals as well as psychedelic closed eyed visuals.

It was a fun trip, I'm just wondering why it was so strong, because ive never tripped this hard or hallucinated on m. Could there be MDA in my rock? Or did I just have really good MDMA (which I should have had, because it was a rock right) and all the weed fucked me up?

If it's a solid rock, chances are it's either entirely MDMA or entirely MDA. Either way, you are very lucky to be in possession of such a valuable commodity!
 
I've had the most insane visuals & trip off of mdma & weed, more intense than most of the 'proper' psychedelics I've tried.

I'm sorry but reading this just made me yell out, "what?!?!". I can't imagine MDMA and any amount of weed producing any kind of trip similar to an LSD trip or high dose mushroom trip. I just don't believe it and I don't think you've ever tripped balls if you are comparing MDXX to dedicated psychedelics. MDA maybe, but really don't believe that w/ MDMA. MDMA doesn't make people's faces swirl so bad you can't even tell who you are talking to.
 
It was the first time I'd ever taken mdma. It was also the first time I'd ever got an effect from weed (thanks to my friend's bong, I'd only tried shitty joints when I was 15 otherwise).

& I've tripped on plenty of other things since (mushrooms, lsd, mescaline, DMT, DPT & dozens more).

Maybe there was a bit of MDA in there, but there were only colour changes before I did the bong.
 
Just because your MDMA came in a rock doesn't mean it's pure, it is still possible to cut, so you should still test your shit. However, every time I get MDMA in Toronto and it's in a rock, it's been some bomb fucking shit.

TBH though, you're probably never going to find out if it's MDMA or MDA unless you send it in for lab testing or try it again without the weed. I too have hallucinated off MDMA, but it was in combination with diphenhydrinate and weed.
 
Well Try it again by itself and if u trip again it obviously not mdma because mdma does not make you trip that hard. possible that you got a rock of straight mda either way its still good shit.
 
As you dont know what you took then any replies are based on guesswork / specualtion.

There I said it. I seriously LOVE MDA yet have had mixed experiences with MDMA. Not that I always 100% know what has been in pills, the best pills I have had were uncut MDA pills.

I think it really depends on the set or setting and what you want from the experience. Pure MDMA is better for chillin in a laid back environment. I'd imagine MDA would be nice at rave because of the psychedelia and the speedyness.
 
I've tried both, I have to say I prefer MDMA. The MDA visuals were kinda cool. But the comedown was the absolute worst. So not worth it in my opinion :P. But everyone is different. and maybe if I'd been more prepared for and MDA comedown, it would have been better.
 
MDA gives me a heavier, trippier roll. It floored me at a few events. I prefer the more "floaty", lighter, roll of MDMA. I'm more able to function, dance, interact with ppl while still feeling that beautiful empathy. Collapsing into an E puddle with bunch of rollers is blissful... but I'd rather be able to move around and not be so incapacitated.

I prefer MDMA more in social setting and MDA when I am alone and nobody can see my ugly face.I like MDMA overall more,if I want to make it more hardcore I trow some 2c-b,shrooms or acid in da mix and its more than enough for me.

MDMA feels more gentle,more healthy,less stimulating with easier comedown and more functional mindstate.But hey,I love MDA too :)
