10 mg oxycodone is a good dose for a full on opiate experience for an opiate-naive individual. Not right for everyone, but certainly was for me. Of course, that was in an immediate release formulation of oxycodone, not OxyContin. Certainly don't take the whole pill. How do the OP's even work? Do they say half the dose immediately, and half 6 hours after like I would assume? If others confirm they do, I would recommend you take a quater of the pill left in tact. 7.5 mg will be released right away, and another in 6 hours, but chances are you will still be feeling the 7.5 mg if you have no tolerance. That is the way the OP's work, right? That wouldn't be a bad dose for an opiate-naive individual. You don't have an opiate tolerance do you?
