Sounds odd but I believe that to be true. Or somewhat. It's all about perception and that is such an individual thing. I have a some what happy reality as I'm a happy person ( usually, been a bit off centre this past year ). Grumpy old wankers can be faced with the same reality and it's all doom and gloom and something to bitch about.

See, that's what I'm saying. I'd like to be able to say "I've lived in Berlin, I've lived in New York, I've lived in Rio etc". Not "I've been to 100 places for 2 days at a time"
 
I'm usually happy where I am. If I'm not, I move. Well, can't move just now but looking forward to it very VERY much. I like the country I live in but not the area. Will be moving soon I think but still stuck in this shite town. Christ, it's as shit as my hometown. I'm looking forward to re-locating.

If I had to stay in the UK I think I'd like to live in Bristol once I'm free again. It seems such a hedonistic town. I love that. But I'd rather move country. There are so many I want to live in still.


We were very close to moving to Dubai back in december 09. Were gonna live there for 3 years but decided it wasn't the right time. Fucking wish we had now. Never let opportunity pass you by. Think Dubai would be pretty boring on the booze and recreational side. #

I'm grand today thanks. Was meant to take a nap earlier but ended up on here. Wondering if I can catch a nap after I eat my lunch. I've got a nurses appointment at 2:45. I should be fine.
 
opium is the most overrated drug ever IMO just "socially acceptable heroin" not a spot on the good old b or even dhc to be honest
 
you an opium fan? smoked/in tea its really doesn't do much for me, morphine's a bit gash without the dia

I've heard eating it is the best way.. But I prolly couldn't help myself from smoking it, though that way you're losing all the other Opiate constituents that aren't smokable.

In fairness to Evad, smoked opium is pretty much a total fucking waste the first 10+ times. And even after that it's nothing to write home about.
But opium tea/tincture as a drug experience beats the fuck out of many I've tried - can't say I'm well versed in opiates though; only tried DHC and codeine besides opium (done a fair bit of all three). But ingested opium shits all over both, violently.

Another thing - there's a vast difference in quality in opium depending on where it comes from (e.g. Spanish opium has roughly 20% psychoactive alkaloidal content, whereas Afghani has around 8%), and also how fresh it is.
Uncured opium tastes absolutely disgusting, is itchy as fuck, and has a very sluggish, subtle high when smoked. When ingested, it takes about 2x the amount of uncured opium compared to anhydrous O, which also has a much cleaner taste when smoked, and isn't itchy at all.

Anyway that's just my opinion and everyone is different. However if you disagree with me you're most likely a cunt who doesn't know his arse from his elbow. :D

Opium never made me throw up like dhc - the one time I did have some opium I chased, ate and drank it - and loved it <3 It felt like it belonged in my body, natural like lol

Btw the Taj Mahal isn't dirty, I've been there and although it didn't live up to my dream of what it would be like, it's some place. The love story of why it was built is so romantic. Agra is a shit hole mind :|

Hi Sadie, I hope you are well <3 We have tentative plans for the usual at home debauchery, nothing major though!

My house is a shit-tip, could do with some major domestic attention but I'm going to turn a blind eye to it this weekend 8) I won't go on about the man being at home all week and not noticing the mess ... since I didn't leave specifics on a list of to do's what can I say :D

What have you got planned for you and your valentine this weekend? ;)

I'm happy too, as right now my boyface should be at Edinburgh airport waiting to get on a plane to come and stay with me for a week. Then, I'm flying back up to Edinburgh with him the day he leaves :) I've not seen him since the 13th of January!
