really bad gas...

i keep having really loud farts, and they smell.
like sulfur-
and compost.

they're kind of wet and hot too, i don't know if it's the opiates ive been taking as of late or if i have some sort of weird food poisoning.

my room is starting to smell like farts!
please help.

any ideas?

^Gas-X is probably the most common US brand. Pretty much anything labeled for gas in the US is going to be simethicone.
