First Cycle of Anavar Help

Hi,
Sorry my stupid question, but this is my first timme taking Steroids and I want to make sure It is working as it is suppose to.
I Started in Monday taking 5omg a day,2omg in the morning after i eat and 30mg after lunch. I work out abbout 5 hours after my last dose.

My question is Having worked out Monday and tuesday, should i not recover faster when taking this? After 3 days I am still sore.Is this normal? Is my Anavar fake? How do I know.

Any hints would be apresciated.
 
You should start to really notice effects around the 2 week mark. It is completely normal to not notice anything 3 days into an oral only cycle.
 
Just give it time...as with all steroids and peptides---patience is key...
 
I dunno if its legit Var after about 5 days you'll notice a massive pump. Try doing some deads and see if you can get through em without it feeling like your spines gonna rip out...

Going to try var in a few months. Reading this has given me like three bones.
 
Thanks Guys I will keep you posted. Today I am still feeling sore from Wed Workout.
 
1) Var is not going to give you crazy gains , but you should feel it within 3 days - full affects 5 days.

2) Var stand alone is stupid

3) Repeat 2

4) Reason you are sore is because you are not ready to be running juice, you aren't eating enough and you are not training correctly / over training.

5) Let's work on a real cycle :) What can you get your hands on ?
 
Unfortunately here I have no access to anything else.I am not looking to gain size,just to come some fat and at the some time gain some strength.I was hoping var would have helped me recover. I really think I am not overtraining and my diet is in check.eating enough proteins and carbs ratio.
What would you pair up var with if I could get my hands on stuff?what would be ideal without going crazy.I was bait s a red already to take a dive in to juice.
 
okay. easy bro. sorry i come off harsh sometimes - a lot of people here just refuse to run anything with a needle.

buy synovex-H and I will explain to you how to make testosterone propionate from this. Your first cycle should be test, nothing else. Simplest reason why ? If you have something go wrong - do you know if it's from the test ... the var (unlikely but still) ... or what ? You want to treat this like you are the guinea pig ... cuz guess what ... you are !!!!

synovex-H is perfectly legal, you need to convert it and remove the estradiol , not a long process. And real cash saver.

As for the diet - post it up bro. If you got time to train and eat right, let's see it posted. I train people and the simplest things can make a huge difference.
 
This is my diet.
Meal 1:
Lean Protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal

Meal 2:
Protein shake/Lean Protein (2 tbsp flax

Meal 3:
Veggies, Lean Protein

Workout

Meal 4:
PWO Nutrition

Meal 5:
Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.

Meal 6:
Shake with Flax

That turns into approximately 300 grams protein, 130 grams Carbs, and 50 grams of fat.

What do you mean give me your var btw.
 
I forgot. I take cla and ala also and for post workout I take 40-60g protein with double the amount dextrose.

Your diet has a lot of lean protein, what is this, chicken - fish - flank steak for all i know ???

You don't have nearly enough carbs to grow with that diet.

a) you need carbs , not water filled vegies before and after lifting - what is the meal post lifting that simply states "PWO Nutrition"

After I lift it's 50 grams of dextrose and 50 gram shake - 1 hour later after some cardio and drive home it's a sweet potato and steak.
 
I say the same thing as before brother - don't shut yourself down without a test base. Period.

Winstrol makes me feel like a 90 year old man, wrecks on my joints. I'd run it precontest but even there I find other things work well enough - I just had surgery to fix my knee up bro, frankly I had knee troubles but nowhere near what i had after running winstrol....

first cycle should be TEST period. You can legally obtain and make test propionate - now once it's converted it becomes a control substance. Bro please listen to me on this , and also can you please clarify your diet and what are your statistics - height / weight / bodyfat - some measurements maybe. Where are you at with all this brother. I am only asking this for your own safety - im not trying to be a dick. Best of luck.

6 PM: Dinner: Salad with Fish or Chicken and Veg

Goal is to lose weight, build Muscle
Stats 5’11 215 LB

Workout: Cardio 5 times a week 45 min.
Monday: Shoulders and Traps
Tuesday: Chest
Wed: Off
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Back Biceps
Sat: Off


NOTE: I am not sure why already almost 2 weeks in ANAVAR 50mg a day I do not recover quick>? I stay sore for 2 or 3 days. From some post I see people recover the day after.

you need way more protein IMO...throw in like 2 extra shakes and a few cheat meals a week
 
I still get DOMS whilst on cycle. Although usually only a day rather than like 2-3.

You getting decent pumps? If not then I'd suspect your Var is bunk (or maybe something else)

Thats not a bad diet for a cut... Altho on cycle I'd be upping carbs and protein 10-20%.
