4-MEC Crystals - 2-methylamino-1-(4-methylphenyl)propan-1-one

1st Post so apologies if this is the wrong section.

Have seen 4-MEC Crystals - 2-methylamino-1-(4-methylphenyl)propan-1-one for sale and am having problems finding any decent information about it.

Apparently this following is the chemical structure

and the website has an aka of 4-Methylethcathinon for it.

I've got a sample arriving of it, but am put off by the lack of information I can find out about it. Am not sure if the information given on the vendors website is incorrect? Can anyone shed any light?

I have some of this chemical in pocession but also didnt find much data or reports about it.
 
Very different to mephedrone, at least in practice. Dysphoric and frankly useless. Like butylone at best.
 
I think there are differend batches going around, was tested by a girlfriend of me, she said it was good, simular to mephedrone but weaker.
 
alot of sites are selling this as mephedrone, it feels similar but you need slightly bigger doses and its not quite as europhic, its also been tested with some nasty stuff added in from certain places (some dodgy chinese bloke mainly)
 
^^^ They are referring to the N-Ethyl analog of mephedrone.

And I am gonna assume you meant to say aren't? Because I am confused. ;)
 
Well, i just took 150mg in a gelcap, lets see how good this one is, take in mind i took AMT this morning and also some flephedrone earlier tough.
 
I think this is where the confusion lies, there is a compound known as 4-methyl-N-ethylcathinone which also seems to be called 4-MEC. Where as the stuff I have is a different compound to the above as far as I can see, but the vendor also calls it 4-MEC crystals.

The compound I have is pure crystals, so at least it's less likely to have been cut (am I right in thinking if something is crystalline with nothing else mixed then the crystals are likely to be pure, excuse my ignorance).

Have insuffated a 5mg allergy test over an hour ago and nothing, so think I'm going to start with some small bumps and see how it goes.

Took 2 doses of 150mg, so far it seems to make me calm and adds some gentle stimulation, seems rather boring tough good for during weektime once and awhile or when you cant get too fucked, i do hope a redose will improve the effects tough as its rather boring.

I'm confused. You are saying you don't have the 4-methyl-N-ethylcathinone? What do you have, that's also being called 4-MEC?
 
It's probably my ignorance, what I have is 2-methylamino-1-(4-methylphenyl)propan-1-one

So unless that's the same as 4-methyl-N-ethylcathinone then I have something different. But the vendor was advertising it as 4-MEC Crystals.
 
i got a sample of it also got a sample of m2-2? or something similar blah hate stimulants
 
This stuff seems stupid, took 8 doses of 150mg and barely felt a thing, added in some 3FMC and started getting really paranoid and felt like shit for a bit, got better again afterwards, in the end just popped some meph and now im feeling good at last.
 
Looks like it would behave more like its daddy, (Kat) or maybe ephedrine. Doubt the #4 methyl group on the benzene ring has much activity.
