OK. So I wanna get of the benzodiazepines for good!
...and so I have implemented a strategy to do so...Since I don't work (I'm a Student), I figure that Phenobarbital and Exercise are the way to go...
So, I'm think 8 Phenobarbital tablets per day, in divided doses, with this:
Morning
60 minutes of rowing.
45 minutes of weight-lifting.
15 minutes of skipping.
(Transcendental Meditate for 10 minutes!)
Midday/Afternoon
30 minutes of rowing.
20 minutes of weightlifting.
10 minutes of skipping.
(Transcendental Meditate for 10 minutes!)
Evening
30 minutes of running.
15 minutes of weightlifting.
15 minutes of rowing.
(Transcendental Meditate for 10 minutes!)
and then during 2 weeks I cut down on the Phenob, 1 tablet per day, and continue on with this exercise regime?
Whaddyal think? I'll be back tomorrow to find some good posts 8)
