As for the Turkish delight analogy, I remember some crystal porn posted way back in one of the earlier threads which really did look like the edible stuff! Wish I could find it now, but can't be arsed wading through 6-12 months of history!
 
^^^ exactly. no harm in checking/asking mate. im not taking the grey ive tried before again, and i dont want to pay crystal prices for crushed up red stars or diamonds that lots of people still apear to be complaing about them, and the expensive price tag one can conclude looks like has had to be reduced on these two.

who can blame for asking more questions. still, looks tasty though, and another product on the market

IME if it doesnt look like that its probs not gonna be the best. Ive seen red stuff b4, like brick red but u cudnt see thru the crystals. i rekon tht wuda been the BZP shit.

Mate I can't see any pink on that crystal! Looks just like standard crystal to me ;) Very interested to see photos of this red crystal. Thanks for posting a photo though, photos are VERY welcome :) :)

Got some crystal clear -seriously, it was like pieces of glass- rocks of MDMA last night, and I was under the impression that if it's like that, it can't be any better. 200mg bomb +1hr 170mg, effects came on fast but peaked quite low. Disappointing.

Luckily I met my guy for the tan crystals last night, who I thought had been busted. Can't wait to pick some of that stuff up, 200/250mg literally had me on the bedroom floor rubbing my face on the carpet.

hello matey, yeah I know what you mean -- the issue is that there is so much crystal floating about and it's pretty damn hard to distinguish. I still have a stash of a few batches here going back from collections over last 6 months (I've started keeping small samples to satisfy my curiosity). Even using my memory before then, lots of the shit I have used has been pretty much identical in appearance!

One thing I have noticed too is that stuff that stunk when I got it, fades in smell over the course of a few months. This actually encourages me to think that we can usually assume the crystal we get is new if it smells a lot. Although contradicts the premise that crystal might always smell when broken down if precursors are present. Do the precursors oxidise/deteriorate even when inside the crystal?

So -- not much smell is recovered sometimes even when you bash up further -- this makes me think it's possible that some odourless stuff we are getting might just be old. The MDMA makers might be laughing their arses off at us saying "ohh yes it's suddenly gotten better" when in fact we are downing shit made in 2009! The main distinguishing factors seem to be how strongly the crystal is built, smell (over time) and colour distribution.

You're welcome. I must add that I'm a tad colourblind though ... doesn't help. :(

^^^ Intersting. Thanks. I shall have to keep my ears and eyes open then. Ive only been out a couple of times since last summer and that was the last couple of weekends, and the amount of crystals around is unreal compared to 6 months ago. Pink/red is pretty easy to distinguish though, so that always helps.

was a load of crystal about here around 3 or 4 months ago and it smelt way to strong, stank the whole room out completely, and didnt look right, was really greasy and people didnt report great effects from it, but it did test ok, didnt try any though put me off from what i had heard. The more recent stuff doesnt smell anywhere near as strong, looks cleaner and is alot better.

hah colourblind! well judging by your photo I would say your crystal is identical to my tan crystal. Even with the photos it's hard to tell due to white balance and indoor lighting. All my lighting in this room is 6400K and a white light, most people have 2700K lighting in their homes.

I just looked at my sample again, probably 4g or so left and it looks very light coloured with hints of tan and green, I think the photo makes it look more tan/ light brown
 
nomy has mentioned red though, which ties in with what the op was saying. oh well, ive just put the feelers out to keep a look out to a couple of people i no, lol.

will be intersting to see if anyone hears of anything or any other reports of it sighted
 
I just looked at my remaining tan/green hard odourless sample again, probably 4g or so left and it looks very light coloured with hints of tan and green, I think the photo makes it look more tan/ light brown.

I just took another photo now to illustrate how ridiculous it is to make descriptions based on a 1g sample -- my sample has a range of crystal sizes from bashed to large. Clearly people with a smaller sample of this would say they had white crystal, when it's all together in a bag it looks green/tan. The more you bash, the more white it looks, this is probably because you are increasing the surface area and light refraction?

I've made a decent effort to white balance this and it's a pretty fair representation of what it actually looks like
 
^^^ this is why i say this is exactly what i had over xmas/new years, withought a doubt

remember i only saw a gram in a bag of small crystals, but, when held to the light, the colour was the same but varied in shade.

it was completley translucent, but it could of been percieved as light beige, or a kind of frosted peach or frosted shade of pink. the lighter the shade of the crystal the more peachy/pinky it looked, the darker the shade the more light brown it looked.

either way, you all no my views on it, i had a ball over the xmas/new years week :)

I've been getting that greenish stuff for a while now, best stuff since the brown/tan that was around last summer.

lovely lovely crystal at the weekend, not much odour but very clean and strong =D
i took roughly half a cap (blue n yellow ones) and it was a very funky comeup, had that butterflies in the stomach feeling, then just pure love for the tunes that were playing, dancing about my mates house to all sorts, barely noticeable comedown since i drank after it had worn off for me and feel asleep with ease! great weekend all in all :)
 
Posted some pictures of red MDMA earlier on this thread. Was definitely MDMA and got my eyes rolling.
